How many courses have you taken in your life that left you with the ability to go right into that profession at the end? That allowed you to make a living in the discipline as soon as you finish the course? If you are true to yourself the answer is NONE! Not one single one. NEVER! Well you have found the miracle! It is really true. The LOAN SIGNING SYSTEM is so practical, so thorough, so effective that if you have never been a notary, never even heard the term "loan signing agent" in your entire life you will ne able to be an educated effective agent immediately on completion of this course. Is the course easy? Can you complete it in a day or two? Absolutely not, BUT if you work hard at it If you take it seriously. If you apply yourself the awards can be stupendous! You can truly make over $8,000 a mouth! Over$100,000 a year. And you don't have to have a college degree. You don't even have to know where your local college is! So what should you do about this? DUHH! Take the LOAN SIGNING SYSTEM course. Study hard, do what Mark says, make a lot of money, be happy!

While having our home refinanced I was intrigued by how professional and well versed our signing agent was and I felt that this was just the avenue I needed to embark on a new career. Although I had never considered anything in the real estate market before this seemed an ideal way to test the waters so to speak. After speaking with the signing agent she recommended Mark W LSS course. I found Mark's course very well presented and easy to follow. There is a great deal of information to take in but the support you receive is second to none! You are made to feel as though there is no such thing as a wrong question. As a Realtor for almost 30 years i am use to seeing these forms, mainly because early on in my career pre internet we had to learn all of this so we would sit with the banker as he did his thig and with the attorneys as they did there thing , we got to the point where we would go to the closing and the attorney would do one thing and the party and i would do the other and yes I took the bank applications and learned all of the types of loans by heart. After all that training , i decided to try this and I am very impressed at way that he teaches. Particularly the way he goes over the CD, its masterful and detailed. As a Realtor my job is marketing and public relations. so math terrifies me, I handle the CD easy , the first thing i do , it puts everyone in a good mood cause the math is good BUT the way that *** explained it just now, it takes all of the nerves regarding the math away. Cant wait to finish the course. Oh I'm a good NLSA i make money but there are things i have picked up here so far that will make my job not only quicker and easier but stylish in a way. cant wait to finish and perhaps in the future rejoin the mentorship.

I found the Loan Signing System: Loan Signing Agent Training and Certification to be an excellent course. I feel confident that I can now tackle the world and help others with a piece of attaining that American dream of home-ownership. This course was easy to follow and understand and if you don't understand a concept at first just re-visit the content. This is an amazing training course. *** is upfront with everything and offers the best tips for becoming a successful signing agent and also offers great tips to market your business. If you need an exceptional Notary Signing Agent course I highly recommend the Loan Signing System. The most valuable part of the training for me was to see *** conducting actual loan signings and going over every document that one will find in a loan signing. I had no problems with running this program on my Windows computer. Every video and all documents were available as intended. The course never crashed my computer and was available whenever I wanted to logon and work on my studies. Get this course as part of your ongoing Notary Signing Agent training and you'll be on your way to becoming a well informed agent.

I searched online for any resources I could learn from but the information I was finding was just unorganized and all over the place. I was confused on what should come first, what I should focus on as priority, and I had so many questions that I could not find a direct answer for. I was hesitant on purchasing the course because I was fearful that I would be given, for the most part, info that was already available elsewhere. That was not the case. This course was structured, organized, informational, and transparent. *** sincerely wants to help others achieve their goals and I especially enjoyed the live audience participation. Not scripted. Questions were asked that even I was looking for answers to. The resources and templates provided, cheat sheets, and bonus videos added exceptional value as well. Compared to paying over $1k for a course at a university, this was well worth the price. I can re-visit chapters, look at concepts again if I missed something, and print out useful documents that I can take with me anywhere. I wish I could go to the conference 2021 but I will be on a family vacation. I plan to attend next year 2022. I would like to shake *** hand and tell him "Thank you."

Honestly, when I started looking into LSS I was extremely skeptical because of the price. I was thinking "really$500?". What led me to ultimately biting the bullet was that after doing the NNA course I still felt like I didn't know anything about the documents or didn't know how to grow/market this business. I knew the legality side of it, but that's really it. I joined a webinar with my local FB Notary group and a couple people that were extremely successful in my area mentioned this course and tied their success to it. I spent the money and WOW.. that's really all I can say. This course is worth $1,500+ easily in just the knowledge alone not including all the golden nuggets that are included. I finished this course not only knowing what all the documents are but feeling so confident in explaining them. I feel like I know the real estate industry so much better now and overall I feel so much more comfortable. I can honestly say that the fear I had for my first signing has turned into EXCITEMENT because I know I am going to absolutely kill it and that I am more than prepared for this. This course is honestly one of the greatest investments I have ever made in my life and that is saying a lot coming from a lifelong entrepreneur.

I have taken both the NNA course and the LSS course and hands down if you want to be the best at what you do you must take the Loan Singing System course. There is a lot more to learn than I first thought, but clearly if you want to make a great living you need to take the time to go through this course, and go back and review everything until you really feel comfortable. I kept thinking "I'll never remember all of this" but there is a lot of repetition and saying it over again in a different way. By the time you're done, you may need to go back over some things but you know more than you think you do. Second time through everything really sinks in and you've got it. You will be in demand because of your superior knowledge and abilities. There is a LOT of business for a competent singing agent. I've purchased a few homes over the years, and always wondered about this career. I asked a Loan Singing Agent one time how he liked it and what he kind of money he made. I was impressed and I always thought it would be a good career. But I had no idea how to get into it. I stumbled onto Marks course recently and took a chance. I'm glad I did. I'm 63 and the company I worked for went out of business during COVID. No one wanted to hire me because of my age. Now I can replace my six figure salary and work when I want to and for as long as I want to. No early digging into my retirement. Thanks Mark.

Once I got my notary commission, I was trying to learn as much as possible in order to become a great loan signing agent. I took a non required, but short notary class for my state which was quick and easy, but they also offered a loan signing course. While I was waiting for my commission acceptance, I decided to take this loan signing course because I wanted to start learning as much as possible and it was very inexpensive, however I was left with little information. They gave a small packet of loan document examples and didn't touch much on the documents. You get what you pay for. I was also done with the course in about two days and literally spent just a couple of hours each day. As I researched more, I found the Loan Signing System and felt that although much more expensive, there were great reviews and just seeing what was offered in the course by far appeared to offer so much more information than what I had recently learned in the cheap loan signing course I took before. I went ahead with the Loan Signing System and I'm so glad I did. This course really goes into great detail, hundreds and hundreds of loan doc examples, great explanations, and Mark does a great job with lots of helpful videos including an entire mock loan signing. After I passed the exam, there was so many more learning sessions, great tips on marketing yourself, how to get started with supplies, info on printers, and even instructions on using the printer features so you save time and paper. In fact, you've only made it half way through the course after passing the exam. So much to learn. I definitely have more confidence now with understanding the loan docs by taking this course. I highly recommend taking this course over any others.

When I heard about the Notary Loan Signing Agent gig, I was excited to purchase a course and learn how to do the business. I just finished the: Six Figure Course: Loan Signing Agent Training and Certification This training is AWESOME! I've been dealing with a lot of things (in my life) here of lately and the training seemed overwhelming at times, because of the extensive content. But each training module gave me a sense of hope to persevere and overcome in spite of whatever I've been dealing with. Also, I just became an empty ***, so I have no excuse but to dive deep into this training with a new found hope. When I got this training, I'd already had my commission for about 2 months, so all I needed to do was pass both the *** certification and background. I have passed both tests and am waiting on my background to complete and my business cards and printer to manifest as well. I am so excited that although I'm done with this part of the training, I'll probably go back through all the modules again and again just for a better understanding before I hit the floor running. And running is what I plan on doing. As I mentioned in my title "everything happens for a reason & in the perfect timing"; God is not a respecter of persons, what he did for one he'll do for another". I'm the "Another!"
