Lurn The training from Lurn has been a game-changer for me

The training from Lurn has been a game-changer for me. I came across Lurn when I was looking for an alternative to a 9 to 5 job. I had no prior experience nor any knowledge of starting an online business. However, With the help of courses from Lurn, guidance, and hand-holding from their coaches, I could start my own online business in a short period of time. In the business world, one cannot go far unless one has the right mindset, tactical knowledge, and relevant skills. Lurn has a unique approach of combining mindset training with tactical training. Thanks to Lurn, in the current situation where people are worried about losing their jobs, I can sleep peacefully knowing there's one less thing for me to worry about.

I had a really really good experience with Lurn Team. Their impact on my process of building my business is immeasurable. Lurn is an absolutely incredible place for entrepreneurs to learn and grow so many different ways to start and expand businesses. In all one place, you can get access to the top experts in many different topics where anyone can develop and grow into whatever they are wanting to become and accomplish. Not only are these courses top notch, but they are affordable for everyone to access including some that are absolutely free. Anik Singal who owns and began Lurn is one of the top Internet marketers in the world if not the best there is. He truly cares about helping people and making our world a better place to be. I cannot recommend Lurn and Anik more highly as they have made my life and those of so many others better and I know it will be the same for you as well.

It's truly hard to find a genuine and authentic e-commerce trading platform in a world full of scammers. Lurn is committed to seeing its students win in whatever capacity they seek. I have been a student of their products since 2017. The information provided is timely and relevant. They are constantly looking to add more value to their students. Lurn is going to become the central training platform for entrepreneurs, copywriters, freelancers and every form of side hustler. I am an active duty military member pivoting towards retirement with the intention of never working for another person, other than myself. Lurn has helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel as I transition into civilian life. This is a top notch organization and there are no limits to where they could go.

Lurn completely changed my life. I bought copywriting academy a year ago, and went from a guy who knew nothing about copywriting, to now traveling the world and making money on the go. A year ago, I had just quit my job and college, because I knew traditional education wouldn't help me succeed as an entrepreneur. Today, a year later, I'm now living in Bali and I just had my first $7,500 month! Not bad for someone who's been in the game for less than a year. Having said that, if you're thinking whether you should invest your hard-earned money into Lurn's courses... Then I wouldn't think for a second longer. Their courses are some of the best quality on the market, BUT they require you to put in the work. Nothing comes easy. If you're willing to put in the work, be consistent and follow their advice, you will get results, period. But if you're just coasting along and waiting for success to happen to you, then this might not be the right fit for you. Personally, if I were to invest in my entrepreneurial skills and grow my business in the future, Lurn would be my #1 go-to. That's because they're one of the most ethical companies in the business opportunity/online education space, and they're one of the few that ACTUALLY care about their student's success.

What I like about this company is their refund policy. If you purchase and change your mind within the stated time frame, you can get your money back. The 5 star review is for their customer satsifaction policy. :)

I have found the Lurn Platform to be a very good median to study through. All of the courses and learning materials are clearly presented. Access to these facilities is very easy. I have learned a lot in a short space of time, a process that was made enjoyable through well thought out presentation and clearly understandable content. Lurn My journey since joining Lurn has been nothing short of Amazing!

My journey since joining Lurn has been nothing short of Amazing! I started off with a couple of small courses, then I joined Legends, and shortly after, signed up for CMC. My 9-5 career had been pulled 6 months before and I was a carer looking after my son full time as he has disabilities. I signed up for CMC without having the money as I just knew that it was a game changer for me. and I haven't been disappointed!. This was my leap of faith, We had no income other than welfare disability benefits, but I am so happy to have done this! Lurn I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time

I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time. They deserve this more than anything. This is simply because of what I have experienced at Lurn. Lurn is one of the best Company out there when it comes to educational products. In today's world you will find many companies out there that offers variety of Entrepreneurship education products , but Lurn is totally different. Quality of training and mentorship is at another level. I have nothing but great memories from their Kindle event that I had attended in 2019. The amount of coaching and feedback I received from other coaches and Anik Singal was worth every single penny. Also their facility and event set-up is something I have never seen before. I am also taking Conversion Academy training at the moment and Lurn has once again impressed me with their mentorship and training. If you are looking for quality training, mentorship and great customer service, Lurn is the way to go. This place is truly Home for Entrepreneurs.

I've been a student of Lurn for about 5 months and have binged several of their courses. It's funny because I would have never known about Lurn if I didn't see a random Ad on Instagram about Robert Kiyosaki recommending Anik Singal (the CEO of Lurn Inc.) to aspiring entrepreneurs such as myself. I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert a couple of years ago and I knew I could trust his recommendations. Since seeing that Ad, I've learned Copywriting, Facebook Ads and Email Marketing from Lurn and it's completely changed my perspective on how I view entrepreneurship. Lurn is really a home for entrepreneurs because there is just so many things to get excited about and a community of people who are there to help you. For example, I had a copywriting assignment to do and I asked the community for feedback and within the day, I had someone on the team give me a full 10-minute Loom video with constructive criticism. 2020 was a tough year for many people but Lurn helped me turn into an opportunity. You'll love it here.

Lurn Do Not Do It!

Do Not Do It! Lurn courses are terrible. You can find all the information they provide you for free on the web. There amazon/ecom course is terrible. It did not teach me anything. I ended up having to go to amazon which provides you a FREE training which taught me more and was way more informative then there expensive amazon/ecom course. Because the course was expensive and offered zero value I tried to get my money back or a least some of it back. NOPE! they have a zero refund policy. THEY CAN NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR TERRIBLE PRODUCT. They expect you to invest in them and believe in them yet they can not stand behind their courses. They told me in 2016 they switched there refund policy because to many people where utilizing products then asking for a refund... if to many people where asking for a refund then maybe they should fix that problem.. make your courses better so they do not feel like they got scammed and taken advantage of. There are so many amazing coaching out there that offer 30-60 day guarantee or your money back courses and do not have this problem.

Lurn has built a platform full of dozens of free trainings all the way up to more advanced trainings from some of the world's leading industry leaders. People like Les Brown, Daymond John, Bob Proctor and tons of other experts in every field imaginable for entrepreneurship. Lurn provides the best online courses and platrom to grow individual Success.. Success can be different from person to person, we all learn at different paste.. And I feel having video access and notes And Resource Available threw Lurn courses its more easy and fast, However You have to know Ethic of work hard, adapt to the learnings, do the things you are told and sometimes, you succeed. It's the same at Lurn . it's on INDIVIDUAL to consume it and apply. Often people forget that they do need to apply them self in order to see the Result. Be prepared mentally Know that there are COSTS to running a business. You cannot make money without spending money. Any and all Education requires to put forth your effort to see the returns. Set Realistic Goals, Online business are just like physical business.. People confuse online business as OH its online so its free. Not true.. (People need to understand that) Have time, to put 40-50 hours a week or more. if anyone is looking for get rich in 30 days this is not for you.. If you're looking for personal motivation & transformation & you have A LOT OF MONEY then by all means, take Lurn's workshops. I'd recommend going to church though & reading the Bible. At least, it's free & proven effective to help you with your personal problems. BUT, if you want to start a business, know nothing & have questions on how to start a business, get resources & tools, have coaches/mentors to guide you & whatnot then STAY AWAY from this company. Their coaches are inexperienced & ineffective especially when it comes to ecommerce. They don't have numbers to show to back up their claims. They are only there for accountability yet you can join a lot of Facebook accountability groups for free. And what they want you to do is go through Fred Lam's course on Dropshipping from Aliexpress (cheap China products). This company loves to upsell. So, expect that after paying one of their expensive products, they will upsell you to another one & another one & so on... but never really deliver on their promises. Ryan Deiss, Ezra Firestone, Anton K, Molly P have lots more to offer for cheaper prices than Anik S's. Their FREE contents are way more useful & their paid courses are pure gold & top notched contents backed up with 30 to 60-Day Guarantee unlike Lurn that is full of BS, no refund & most of their courses are outdated.

I stumbled across this Complaintsboard.com post which made me read and laugh at all the "complaints" made by people and I KNEW I had to comment as Lurn and Anik Singal student. To start.. Lurn has been the reason for all my success online. Even though I see comments of people who were not happy, I would simply challenge all of them to look at themselves and see if this is a repeated story in their life, because I promise you it probably is. Lurn taught me the foundation, gave me the start, the guidance and the shining star that allowed me to get to the place I am. That doesn't mean what i learned got me INSTANTLY to my successful level, it's been a many many year journey and the education that Lurn provided me through the portal and on webinars has been ultimately the reason why I was able to get to where I am today. It's not "cheap," but nor is SCHOOL. We pay THOUSANDS to attend "college" for years and we come out making $30-$40k a year in entry level jobs and the reality of it all is, there is no guarantee. You have to work hard, adapt to the learnings, do the things you are told and sometimes, you succeed. It's the same here, you are given a platter with so much information, it's on YOU to consume it and apply action. Anyways, if you are looking to join the journey to start your online business, my recommendations are simple: 1. Be prepared mentally. 2. Know that there are COSTS to running a business. You cannot make money without spending money. 3. Education requires YOU to put forth your effort to see the returns. 4. Have time. if you need money in 60 days, get out of here. This is a long term journey. I hope this helps and people reading some of these horrid (laughable reviews) know that I am speaking from REAL experience, a real success story (one of thousands).

YES FINALLY! I was waiting for this opportunity to write something about LURN, INC. Firstly thank you very much for the educational contents that are provided at lurn.com. Anik is very honest in delivering his message to the audience I never got any strange feeling where I come in a doubt to believe his business is a SCAM or the BOOKS AND THE COURSES ARE USELESS... In fact, they are better than the other fewer ones where I have invested in the past but achieved no results. When I watch his podcast and videos on youtube I truly feel in his delivered message there is transparency in his business model and teachings and for this, it has made me a LOYAL customer at LURN. Further Anik has a very good vision and DESIRE, FAITH in his process to create millions of entrepreneurs which at least I have never heard of anyone saying and literally putting in the efforts to make this come true. Lurn I have followed Anik Singal's programs since he first started online more than a decade ago

I have followed Anik Singal's programs since he first started online more than a decade ago. If you want to master email marketing and copywriting, you won't find a better teacher who is more honest about what they do, and more passionate about it. LURN is a free community anyone can join if they are interested in starting their own business, or in entrepreneurship and want to succeed online. Once join the Lurn community, there are many free courses in the members area. There are many more courses for less than $20, offering students access to top marketing experts on a range of subjects. I've been a student of Conversion Academy for about 9 months now. The weekly calls are excellent and you are basically getting detailed tuition from experts on how to write effective sales letter that will convert well. Conversion Academy focuses on turning browsers into buyers. Top copywriters earn about $25k for ONE letter for a major client, so this is one skill I would recommend every online marketer learn. And of course, being paid hundreds or thousands for a salesletter means the course more than pays for itself. But you have to do the work--he is not selling some fast fix, he is selling a full-fledged how-to course which he and various trainers all run together. I love the monthly newsletter and the conference call topic of the month, and Anik is very generous with his time, offering interactivity and answering students' pressing questions. He has literally drawn up all new campaigns from scratch on his virtual white board, and I WISH I was as good with calculating conversion rates and cash flow as he is. As a student in Conversion Academy, you also get a monthly challenge and accountability, showing all you've accomplished if you wish to as you follow along with the challenge. In the past 9 months, we've had some excellent topics, including how to host webinars, go live on Facebook, and more. But be warned=this is not like sitting in a college classroom and letting your lecturer drone right over your head. You need to put in the work. IF you to all the work, attend the calls, and take the challenges, and participate and ask questions, you WILL become a better online marketer. Anik also has heavy-hitting experts in who show you their formulas for success, like Fred Lam, who has become a king of Facebook ads. There's also Ty Cohen, who teaches a very detailed course on how to get started selling short books on Amazon Kindle, and how to turn that into an automatic stream of impressive income. I was doing well with Kindle books before, but what I've learned has taken my profits to the next level. They just released the 2.0 version of the course, which I got as a free upgrade, and it is even better than the original, which was already great. The Lurn portal is so convenient because the courses from the partners he works with are right in the interface. I don't need to go to half a dozen different sites with 6 different passwords. I really like that it saves my place after each lesson I take so that I don't forget about what I did or did not study yet. Most of the lessons have downloads, worksheets and other handouts, so again, it's like a college course if you take it seriously and do the work. They offer a wide range of free webinars, and you will often get one of Anik's books for free as a gift for attending. The events are live unless it specifically states it is a replay, so you can interact with the speakers and ask questions. Anik ran "Webinar Confidential" at the end of July, to teach people how to create highly converting webinars, and for around $50, I got 3 days of non-stop lessons from top speakers--even during the 'lunch breaks'. Highly recommended if they run something similar again. My head nearly exploded, there was so much to learn. The main thing to remember about Lurn is that they always encourage you to start from where you are. You can't fly if you've barely begun to crawl. At Lurn, you can start to crawl in relation to email marketing and copywriting, and progress from beginner to intermediate to advanced if you apply yourself to the lessons on a regular basis. There are no 'fast fixes' or get-rich quick schemes, just real education from experts who have been successful doing what they are teaching you how to do as well.

AVOID!AVOID!AVOID! Save your money! The fact that they do not offer any guarantee or your money back is a huge red flag. They do not stand behind their own products. Why should you invest and stand behind them? There are so many amazing entrepreneur coaches out there that offer amazing courses and 30-60 money back guarantee. They know their product is that amazing and life changing that they are willing to stand behind it. Russel Brunson, Tony R, Dean G, Rudy M just to name a few. Lurn is probably the worst company to buy courses from. They target new entrepreneurs that are eager to learn. They play off your dreams of making millions and make massive promises yet never deliver. All their courses are extremely over prices for the information and services you receive. They charge you thousands of dollars and give you maybe $100 worth of useful and valuable information. The software they give you in courses is extremely buggy and poor quality. You will never use it in the real world. It is barely compatible with Lurn let along any other app or program. When I was starting my business I had a massive desire to learn everything and tried to get my hands on any book, program that would point me in the right direction. I was a huge fan of Robert Kiyosaki so I reached out to Lurn. When I was on the phone discussing what courses would work best for my business they told me that Lurn platinum is a 3 day bootcamp that will teach you everything you need to know. It sounded like it was geared towards affiliate marketing however the sales person said that it would help me out so much and I could be making $10,000 a month if I followed what they are teaching me. Again playing off my dreams of making money. So I decided to make a huge investment and spend the $5,000 Boy did I ever regret it. First it was supposed to be a LIVE online course which it was not. They had recordings that they replayed and pretended they were going live which was super shady. The course had so much filler and talked more on motivation and how good your life can be then on actual information that would teach you anything. They would assign you work to do and give you 20 minutes however it would be 2-3 hours worth of work if you wanted to do a decent job. The group leader did not help with questions and it was a huge waste of time. They said at the end of the weekend I would have an automated funnel. The program that they made us run off of was so buggy and terrible that no one in our group could get their landing page to work. So by the end of the week we had a program that would not run our landing page. no funnel and no guidance where to go next... Huge waste of money. I also will state that they made you pay extra and for everything outside of the course. Since then I have had many courses from amazing gurus that allowed me to use their resources, copy writers, funnels, templates for free with the course... Not Lurn they make you pay for everything. Their method of teaching is I will tell you but not show you. Example: They told us we needed to fill our funnel by buying solo ads, that's the best way. They do not tell you what solo ads companies are good for, how to tell if they are scam or give you a list of solo ad providers. Just that you need to buy solo ads. ( Which is terrible advice. Solo ads are how you waste money) All their courses are extremely overpriced compared to the content and value you get back. I would Highly advise you to stay clear of them. After the terrible experience I started looking for other people that would teach me. I found courses that were $100-300 and life changing. They taught me so much more than Lurn overpriced $5,000 course did. Russel Bruson's $20 book is life changing and teaches you so much. A Huge Red Flag for me that I just ignored was Lurn has a zero refund or guarantee policy.. They can't even stand behind their own products yet they expect you to stand behind them. I kick myself every day for making the massive mistake of going with them. I lost a lot of money and it set me back quite a bit. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Do not support them and their overpriced courses. There are so many amazing gurus out there like Russel B, tony R, Rudy m*** that offer 30-60 day money back guarantee. They know that what they are teaching you is life changing and you will not be disappointed. They stand behind their courses and business and put their money where their mouth is. LURN DOES NOT.

Lurn Digital empire

I purchased this course for $10,000 and I have idea how to access it and where it is. I have reached out several times but I have not received a response. I want my money back since I’m not receiving the support that I was promised.

I paid for this course in November 2021.

I have my contract and receipt.

Hello, I paid $997 for the Email Startup Incubator Program on December 15 through *** (Transaction ID. The description of the item is: Inbox Blueprint Item# ***. Immediately after the transaction, I requested a refund that same day of the order and the following day (12/16) because the amount was taken out of the wrong account. *** advised to deal with Lurn about refund. This caused an overdraft on the account that the funds were taken out of. I could not reach anyone by telephone so I emailed [protected]@lurn.com and I was told by Lurn to send the details of the transaction, which I sent it back. I received an email back from Lurn support on 12/18 that he would have to get this checked by the concerned team that we have received payment and that it would take 24-72 hours and once he has the update, he would forward my request to the billing department and inform me. Well, that NEVER HAPPENED, 72 hours passed, and I still did not receive any response from Lurn. I sent another email to Lurn to find out what is going on and have yet to get any response from them. I even tried calling their customer service line and never could get a live person to speak with, you always have to leave a voicemail message. This speaks loudly to me that this is a SCAM! I keep getting the run around, when I complain, I keep getting emails about other programs that they have. I don't want to go to any other program with this company. The amount of $997 is alot of money to lose. Nothing in the webinar was stated about not being able to get a refund. I want my money back right now! This is not right! Just do the right thing! If Lurn simply just does the right thing, they won't have so many complaints.

My 16 year old son was able to sign up for a course on lien.com and spend $1,000+ using his debit card (linked to my account) without any confirmation or authorization from me. He is still a minor and this transaction should not have been allowed or approved!

Lurn I watched a webinar with anik singal which was HIGHLY misleading

I watched a webinar with anik singal which was HIGHLY misleading. Over the webinar he explained a little bit about email marketing, and at the end said that if you purchase his course (for an astounding $997 BTW) he will teach you 100% of how to run an email marketing business. After purchasing this course I was quickly aware that there was so much more to email marketing than he had originally explained and what he said wasn't true about his courses. I turned to the companyand kindly requested that I get a refund. Their response was that since i already viewed 33% of the course I'm not entitled to a refund, in addition they said they have a no refund policy which was no where to be seen on the purchase page. I replied that although I viewed 33% of the course #1 I can't possibly apply any information that I learned throughout since in order to imply any of the tasks you need to complete all modules.( Anik singal says this himself). #2 The entire course was mislead from the beginning amd the impressionsthey gave were untruthful. They responded that students in the past have asked for a refund after 60 days upon completion of the course. THIS IS NOT THE CASE BY ME! I only viewed 33% of it and it's impossible to do anything with that mislead info. I gained absolutely zero from this course. I deserve my full refund. This is not a way to treat your customers in ANY business especially one that claims to offer a valuable service and than does not. I so far only managed to cancel my recurring fees after an entire week of back and forth and am still waiting for a response toward my remaining refund of $397 which the company so coldly and falsely denied. This is my shout out and this behavior is completely unacceptable! I sure hope the Complaintsboard.com can help resolve this issue.

June 30, I purchased Email Startup Incubator Program for $997.00 (Exhibit 1)June 30-July 9, I completed 15% of the course (per Lurns response) and realized that this wasnt a Done for you course as advertised. Then I was set up a meeting with a coach that was an additional $9,000 and paying the additional money would help me with the Done for you part of the program. July 10, my email asking for refund since the course wasnt as represented. (Exhibit #2)July 10, Lurns response stating (after the fact) that there are no refunds allowed. The purchase was made on Oct 18.I was charged $504 when the price was $397. Also to begin with the no return policy was not made clear from he beginning. When I requested a refund since the product has not been used I find it misleading that I have to pay for a service that I am not going to use. Since then I have requested to have my money back but nothing has been done about it. Thank you.

I signed up for Printable Profits on September 19. I thought the total cost of the program was $397, so was willing to try it. I never received a receipt from the company nor did I ever access the program. I never saw a refund policy. On October 19th, I received through *** a charge for $397. I had somehow signed up for a 4 payment program so instead of $397 I would be paying $1588 for the program! As I was using *** credit, I did not need to use their multiple pay program. If I were aware of the full price and wanted to continue I would have paid the full amount. Now I do not know how I made this error, but once discovered I immediately tried to correct it. Lurn has been responsive, but uncooperative. I was informed that they had a strict no refund policy. I do understand the rationale for the policy as the product is digital, but I never accessed the program so I should be entitled to a refund.

I was charged $540 AUD so far. I attending ***'s Webinar when I saw a *** post from *** It was on 08/Aug/2021, and since I am living in *** I can't access all the services, such as talking to someone about law which was provided in a module. *** put me mentally under pressure to enrol the course that I end up borrowing money from friend to enrol, but I am in 3rd module and same information is getting repeated. I am having anxiety attack right now because I feel like I got scammed. I already sent al east 3 emails to them but they say no refund policy. It hasn't been 3 days even and I am so regretting. The course is not what *** said. We need to continually pay for different things in course which wasn't mentioned before hand.I want refund and completely unhappy with their service.

On August 14..I watched a webinar from Lurn.com on *** I was interested in a product that was 397.00. I attempted to purchase product. I transferred 300.00 from my *** savings account to my Checking to cover cost of class. I also have a 500.00 overdraft fee from my bank that covers m. So as I proceeded to pay for initial product I received an ERROR MESSAGE/CARD DECLINED INSUFFIENT FUNDS. Because I already knew I had the money in my account, I immediately backed out of form and no longer wanted to purchase. Lurn.com also has you to set up account prior to purchase per the webinar. I received 2 receipts in my email THANKING ME FOR MY PURCHASES ONE FOR 397.00 AND ONE FOR 600.00. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. IVE TRIED EMAILING AND CALLING THEM ...Nobody is Available. This is a Scam. I want my money back. I have also contacted my bank whom says 45 day investigation to receive funds. This is not right.

I ordered a course from this company for $1200. As I took the course, I was bombarded by more sub-ads appearing as "part of the course", but were not what I paid for. Also, as the course progressed I realized many of the things they said I would get in the course were not true. So, I began to take the course at a slower pace. But now the Lurn.com website, where I was accessing the course has disappeared. I never received any emails saying they were moving the site or any other information. They just left and took my $1200 too.

Date of transaction [protected]: i purchased 3 different products (1) $397.00 (2) $297.00 (3) $97.00. I tried several times to get in to program and was unable. I am 79 years old and had to retire. I thought I could try to learn something new but this is way too hard for me to try and pick it up. I have contacted them several times and have been told that they will not refund my charges back to my credit card. Any help would be appreciated.

I was charged on Dec 20, 2021, for a class that I didn't order "Printable Profits" for $795 on order and $395 the next month. I had already ordered and completed 3 months payment of "Freelancing Genius" plus 2 classes that I thought was included, but was charged $147 each. i couldn't get a refund on those classes either. So they already had my card info. On Dec 20, I received email receipt of the Dec 20 order and an alert from my bank that I had a negative $-200 balance, including overdraft on my maxed out credit card. I was unemployed since Nov 21 and had very little income left. Why would I order a class when I had no income to cover it? Also, I was asleep at the time the order went through, 9 am Dec 20, b/c of a migraine. That day I immediately called and sent an email to their customer support saying that I didn't order the class, someone else must have fraudulently used my card #, and to refund my money. I even explained that I was unemployed and had no cash left. They said they don't give refunds. Not even if you didn't order--or didn't know you ordered a class? The class showed up in my Lurn class acct, but I didn't access any of the sessions. It's clear from the 0% on the class session that I have not opened class. I didn't want this class, nor can afford it! I just want my $795 back so that I can pay my bills until I can start working again. I even deferred my Dec loan pmt ($1400) so that I could survive until I'm getting a paycheck.The company may be legit, but their marketing tactics and no refund policy is definitely criminal! I will continue to pursue the refund of $795 from Lurn and legitimately complain in every review site I can find to warn others about their money-making scheme on unsuspecting customers. And when I'm working again and have the money, will file legal action against them.

On May 7th I ordered a digital course from lurn. From the beginning it was misleading costing me more than anticipated $1,191.00 vs $697.00. I am 53 years old and widowed I have my youngest daughter 15 and a grandson I've been raising since birth 8 months now. Due to the circumstances I wasn't able to get a chance to look into the program immediately but as soon as I did I realized that it was nothing like they had claimed. I live on less than $500 a month have extreme anxiety amongst other heath issues and was desperate to find a way to make extra income and there was a money back guarantee so they stated. When I realized that it was more complicated than they made it out to be and how much anxiety it was causing me I asked for a refund on June 5th and was told that the best they could do was to stop any further billing. I don't even know what that was about. Billing for what? I would just like to be reimbursed they should be more transparent I spent every dollar I had to try to make

On June 15th I invested a total of $1294 into a program/course offered by this company through a webinar presentation. I did not access the program until a week later. After accessing the program and browsing through 10% of the material, I realized what they were offering was not going to work for me. I reached out to them informing them of this in addition to me not consulting with my husband before making the purchase and requested a refund. They email me back about a no refund policy that I was not aware of and it WAS NOT STATED OR PRESENTED on the webinar like other webinars I've attended in the past. Nor was is stated on my invoice receipts. Had I known, I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THIS PURCHASED TO BEGIN WITH. It is NOT FAIR and VERY MISLEADING for this company to just TAKE SOMEONE'S MONEY and also take away their right to a refund that is well within 30 days. But then they turn around and offer a partial refund that is not even HALF of what I paid. I want a FULL REFUND!

I would like to to request for a full refund of the Invoice #: ***_Rich Dad Email Startup Incubator which I made a payment for USD $397 on 18/07. Reason as to why I wanted a full refund was because of what Anik mentioned during the 3 hours promotional webinar was HIGHLY misleading, what he claimed as complete solution is totally not true! He painted a different picture during the webinar presentation than what the real deal is. Just hours after I paid and 2 days in, my email was bombarded with countless of promotional offers which apparently Id have to take otherwise I wont succeed or would make you feel that way. I totally lost my interest & respect in the product mentioned above, as instead of being inspired, the misrepresentation and constant upselling didn't help at all, I definitely want a full refund and I don't want to be deducted for a couple more $397 for a product that's totally not worth it. Its a hard earned money so I kindly request your help.

Lurn I would like to file a complaint against Lurn

I would like to file a complaint against Lurn. On May 18th I purchased two products as part of a package. The package comprised of Email *** and ***. The sales pitch for Email *** implied that the course contained all the tools and training you needed to develop a lucrative email marketing service. After going through the first stages of the Email *** course, I was shocked to discover that the included *** software, was effectively unusable unless you took out a $99 USD monthly subscription to a *** email auto responder account. This service just happens to be co founded by the owner of Lurn. The software was developed especially for the course and plays a key part in the program This $99 monthly fee was not in any way stipulated in the sales presentation and only became evident once you had actually purchased the program. As the *** tool is basically useless without a *** account, this was a great disappointment to me, as it attracted me to purchasing the program in the first place because of its features. I decided to request a refund within the 30 days refund period, but was informed that they have a no refund policy. This also was not stipulated in the sales presentation and upon searching the sales page, found a small insignificant link to their refund policy. This has put me in a very awkward position, as up to now, I have not been able to get the full value of the course I paid for and its related tools (***) unless I pay CAD $134 per month for the autoresponder. I feel like I have been misinformed about the product and question the integrity of this company. I honestly feel I should have had the right to be refunded the $997 USD I paid for this program and kindly ask for your assistance with this matter. Sincerely

on may 14 I joined this company online for a affiliate program they have called the incubator which as they claim on a webinar I went online you can start the program right after you pay the fee which cost me $690 same day I made an appointment for a personal phone with one of their team which was the first stem they never call me next day when I was promised so I had no choice than to start the program which they said will be easy as 1 2 3 according to them I had to open an account with a company named sendlane which handles all the rest as far as sending autoresponders to the list I will create thru the program after many headaches I finally got to the page to register an account with sendlane .com but no matter what I write in as a email they will not take my information so I contacted lurn.com on may 18 thru the phone they promise to call back within 24-48 hours but never call me back I try again to get the program going with no success so I called on may 26 again they promised to call me back within 24-48 hours never call me back' in the meantime I am back and forth thru the emails from may 21 to june1st on they told me I had to have a business email which I have to buy so I bought several ***@***.com from real names .com also *** same company still don't work also again bought another business email from ***.com named ***.net also I couldn't get this going. two days ago on may31 and june 1st I try to login my account at lurn and could not get in.when I took the webinar they told I can register same night but never said I needed a business email or domain name in which case I didn't care to pay couple dollars extra for those but no matter what I do I cant get anything going almost for a month. I just need that money returned its a lot of money and too many bad days trying their support is almost not existant

Then right after that email blitz w/ $194 which turned out to be $600 according to ***, came another email blitz from *** offering a transcription program for over $249?..not sure of exact amount ) The business, *** LURN program, offered to help set up successful online businesses for individuals. I had been defrauded multiple times in the past & desperately needed to make money to pay for OVERWHELMING medical, utility, & other bills. I was anxious, desperate, and made a wrong decision to invest. I tried to cancel the investment a few minutes after paying but got NO support...though I tried calling and emailing multiple times This is a digital course, but I did not look at the program at all, since I after making the payments I got scared, it seemed too much to do at this time when I am drowning in problems. Instantly after making the payments I realized this was the WRONG THING FOR ME TO DO. I was in a state of stress and fear and was not thinking properly...I am 72 yrs old, retired, not tech savvy, w/ severe vision & mobility problems due to a stroke I suffered after I was defrauded. My desperation led me to make a bad decision in attempting that course which immediately after payment I decided was wrong for me & decided NOT to access. The company's indifference put me in a state of panic. ,Unlike other vendors, Lurn's NO REFUND policy was suspiciously NOT mentioned when encouraging people to enroll. They blitzed further promotions immediately to people who had just enrolled, and there was no customer support for guidance which I am sure led some stressed people like me to make wrong decisions. I am within the 3 day cancellation period but the non response of the business SCARES me & I am having a panic attack. Pls help me!

Lurn I enrolled in the Lurn Platinum Program about 2 yrs ago

I enrolled in the Lurn Platinum Program about 2 yrs ago. I paid 6,000 dollars and was told this was the discount price, which included the inbox blueprint and 3 days of personal instruction. I believed that this price included everything, and after completion I would have a operating online business. What was not told to the consumer Is: You must use the Sendlane automated serivce for your inbox blueprint to function. Sendlane Support *** via *** Fri, May 29, 11:26 AM to me Hello ***, As we've discussed previously, Sendlane is not a good fit for you or your business at this time which is why your account was cancelled and refunded. Again, this is nothing personal, but since the platform itself is quite advanced and entirely self-service, sometimes that turns out to be the case. While these decisions are never easy for us, they are ultimately necessary when it becomes clear that there's a mismatch that cannot be overcome. Moving forward, your investment has already been refunded, and there is absolutely nothing prohibiting you from leveraging your Lurn membership with another tool - you'd simply need to create campaigns and automations within that platform instead of Sendlane. Lurn I received an email inviting me to an webinar

I received an email inviting me to an webinar. A business opportunity. The person Anik S of lurn.com used examples of other celebrities as bait in photos showing that he helped them build their business to make millions of dollars. It shifted to email marketing business where you see something on the web. Some people actually volunteer their email address. What people do daily on the web. If a person is interested in something like a stock tip, ordering book, Keto diet etc: You get paid for it. No matter what topic it is. HERE IS MY CASE: The fee $997 Or $397 to start. I paid $397. The training has videos of the same thing over and over redundant information. What he talked about in the webinar the same day. The bonus surprise entry video. He indicates to really learn business you need to invest another $1197 or the least $997.00 in our Email Start Incubator course. Then invest another $997. So Friday The same day I signed up. I cancelled the program immediately! The same exact day! I told them to shut down my course I just ordered! And close out my account! That they computer generated.They did none of the source. The told me. SORRY NO REFUNDS! Perhaps you should reconsider. They are just selling courses. No one is really making any money but them. They are now telling me I owe them a balance of $720. That I would have to keep buying all of their courses in this field to be proficient in their business. Which is a big red flag! The business has many complaints with The complaintsboard.com, *** Complaints. The list goes on and on. I want my money refunded back to me. Now they want me to pay $720. I should not have to pay $720 dollars. I should have a balance owed to them zero. And my $347.00 should be refunded back to me. This is one big scam and fraud going on with this company. Anik S did a switch bait routine. To pay for something that we did not get? Nothing pertaining to the webinar. False advertising. Thank you for your consideration

Lurn On April 7 I attempted to purchase a program

On April 7 I attempted to purchase a program. The system would not accept my information. I contacted support. On April 8, I received a response stating that my account did not show the purchase. On April 8 I replied showing the charge on my card. On April 13, 5 days later, I received a response asking me to confirm my email address, which was incorrect. This was to reset the password, which I didn't need. By this time, it was well past the 3-day cancellation period. I still did not have access to the program that I had tried to purchase, almost 1 week earlier. I responded stating that the email address was incorrect and I asked for a cancellation and refund. As stated, I still did not have access to the program. Their refund policy states, "All Lurn courses have a no refund policy. Due to the digital format of Lurn products, the customer receives an immediate benefit from the product prior to the return such as access to all course content, live coaching calls, community, and other online resources." I was not receiving a benefit because I did not have access to the program. In addition, due to the fact that the email message on the 13th was 5 days after my previous message, I could not take advantage of the 3-day cancellation clause, "For any purchase that is over $25, we have a 3-day cancellation policy. Please email [protected]@lurn.com within 3 days of your purchase to get your payment cancelled." On April 21, I received a message stating that my password had been reset to the incorrect email address. In addition, the message also stated that the May draft on my card would not take place and it would be drafted in June. However, on my May statement, it is showing that my card was drafted anyway. Keep in mind that I still don't have access to the program 2 weeks later. I sent another email on April 30, now over 3 weeks after attempting to purchase the program, mentioning again that my email address was incorrect and I still had not accessed the program. I received a response stating that the correct email address is in the system. I replied on May 10 again asking for a refund as I still hadn't accessed the program. On May 11 I received a response showing accounts under different email addresses, again showing the incorrect address as one of the accounts. No mention was made regarding cancelling the program and refunding the money. I still need to be refunded for the program that I was unable to access for over 3 weeks and still haven't accessed. If this program is like the other ones, it will show the progress that has been made in studying it. There is no activity in it. They should be able to see that on their end.

Lurn I had received an email in my box from a company by the name of "Lurn " the owner of that company is Anik

I had received an email in my box from a company by the name of "Lurn " the owner of that company is Anik . He was advertising his business that he is able to help others to make money with using email advertising. plus other forms of advertising. He claims he can help us to make thousands of dollar weekly through email advertising he also claims he would have someone work with us as our personal instructor. From time to time he has webinars that he has different speakers/instructors. Each webinars they would be asking for more fees to be a part of this money making scram. Before I realize that this was a money making scam, I sign up to learn how to make money through the email advertising. The cost for that was $697.00 US. and it worked out to $951.14 Canadian. I use my master card to pay for that. while I was on line paying for that a message came selling me the idea that I would have a personal trainer /instructor to help me on my way. This they came was a special offer and it would not come again. The cost of that was $97.00 US. equivalent $132.36 Canadian. While still on the line awaiting my receipt/acknowledgement,.they try to sell something else that I answered , no! to several times. BUT I could not get out the the harness that they put me through. It locked me in that line. It insisted that I buy and I insisted no!, I was not going to buy anything more. IN order for me to get out of that screen , I had to do " escape" and close my PC. abruptly. As a result, I did not get a receipt until maybe the next day or so. Maybe a few days later, I realized that they were only wanting to take our money and I was not getting anywhere with their program. So, I sent an email telling them, I was dissatisfied and and requested a refund. Now, my account was debited Nov 29/30 and I send an email around Dec 2nd. Anik replied that they did not do refunds. I insisted on my refund. I send email to LURN and to ANIK and with no avail. .Anik is the owner of several companies and both payments were made to his companies. I was told by a friend to connect with the Complaintsboard.com and send my story in order to get my refund. I did not use their services at all . I do believe that I deserve a refund in full. I even mentioned in the email. I am a senior and am not a rich person. I live on my pension and was only trying to make some extra money but how disappointed I was in the way they did business. I kept getting emails back and forth but never did I get my refund to this day. The fact that I had to turn off my computer to get out and not buy something else, I could tell that they were a scam at that time. I also mentioned that in my first email that I did not get any help from this instructor that I was promised and that I had paid 97.00 extra for. and that I did have the wrong impression because of the way they advertise. "False Advertisement ! My main reason is to retrieve my $697.00 +$97.00 US dollar.= $794.00 US. $951.14 + $132.36= $1083.50 CDN that was paid on 29th of Nov- Dec 02nd./2019. I did not hesitate to let them both know how I feel and within days of my making a payment., and also requested a refund. The company has a record of my emails and also that I have not used their program at all. Thanking you kindly. ***.

Lurn I was online doing research on a car when Anik S

I was online doing research on a car when Anik S. with "***" advertising popped up out of nowhere - 1st red flag, baiting customers. Then Anik S. entices you to join their webinar by promoting Robert K. and gaining big money, fast. Also, convincing you that even the top money-making celebrities are following his program. After you sit through Anik's three hour webinar, you are now pressured and coerced really, into buying and investing into 'yourself' by building a business via email, as Anik creates tension to sign you up as though, there are only so many slots available to join his epic team. What I am finding, is that you are not profiting at all, matter-a-fact, you are only making BIG money for Anik S. and his company *** and by buying his courses they tell you, you need in order to succeed. They don't tell you how time consuming this program is, matter-of-fact they pawn it of like 23 hours isn't much time at all - 23 hours is the bare minimum to get through your mandatory training modules (which in my opinion is much longer then 23 hours). You are not making a penny unless you are online constantly - its all about time vested period. They also act and sell you on not having to invest so much time but then say if you do not buy into X,Y and Z you wont succeed and buying into X,Y and Z is very costly and very time consuming. This company uses their own concepts to trick you into the sell, they do not clearly advertise at all that there is a no refund policy. They keep taking your money with you having nothing to gain other then an empty pocket book. Anik says he started this business with only $100 then why are you charging me thousands? I have now invested 2 payments of $397 (just to enter this program) and have paid $697 (just to learn the very basics of this program). Anik tells you all the time, you have to do things "in order" and "don't skip around," but before you are even aware of what you are getting yourself involved in they already have your money and then they try to set you up for the "Accelerated" program right away that wants even bigger money out of your pocket so you can supposedly advance, (thankfully I cancelled that scam before they conned me into giving more of my money away). I have already lost $1491 thus far. Anik S. and *** then set you up to create a LLC through PCS (another $350), again not understanding what your company entails as you haven't even made it to the 1st of 8 modules you have to get through on the "Incubator" course before you can even move forward to make/build a company.. I thought I could believe in this company. They really pulled the wole over my eyes. They pride themselves in taking care of their "family" yet they don't take care of you at all. How do you take so easily from families that trusted you yet treat you like an enemy when a refund is in question? Anik makes on average 15K A DAY and refuses to give you back your hard earned money that got you nowhere in his company? They bait and hook you into investing all of your own money when you have no clear vision of what they're doing for you, temping you to keep investing into ***, to seek results. Unfortunately, I haven't utilized much of there software AT ALL as I have had two major family emergencies. I almost lost my daughter at the end of November to a severe kidney infection that turned septic in her blood; she was admitted as an IP for a week and it took another two weeks following her IP stay to fully recover. I was taking care of my daughters life during the time frame I started up with ***. I then also lost my Grandmother on December 9th which also took a tole on me, big time. What little I have utilized out of *** was enough for me to know this company is not what it says it is, and took my money under false pretenses. I haven't even gotten through the 1st module. They can track how much "software" you have utilized and although the Incubator course clearly states I am only 1% complete, they are still refusing my refund. I have called and left a vm to inquire of a full refund (again utilizing almost none of their software in comparison to the time it would take to actually build a business. *** says I am only 1% completed). I do not get a return call, I get an email that quotes my voicemail and says I contacted the wrong department, essentially. What is Customer Service for then? Thankfully in addition to my phone call I had already emailed Lurn's Support Team, again to only find out that they will not refund the money as I used a very minimal amount of their software. Ghenny from *** emailed me only adding insult to injury indicated my order form states the no refund policy. Well for a company who profits off of "landing pages" should have done a much better job notifying potential students that the $1888 (which is no small amount just to start out) that is required to get your foot in the door isn't refundable. But why would they do that, When Anik out right said in his video (after you have already vested) that they have a very high drop out rate by students. So why advertise that they're going to take your money knowing 90% of their students wont succeed!? I also called and left a vm for corporate and have not heard back yet. I am asking for a full refund of $1491 + the stop payment of the $397 projected to come out in January minus 1% of what I have already invested = $14.91 totaling a refund of: $1476.09 Thank you kindly, Sherice Cole 719.200.6010

I was induced to watch a webinar promoted by a well known author that raved about his personal business success using *** marketing product and mentorship using an *** SYSTEM what i thought i purchased. I recently discovered they sold me a product called *** from a sales promotion from I attended the webinar in which *** promoted his affiliate marketing system and how easy he has made it for anyone to succeed in a profitable home based opportunity to make money without any prior marketing skills or buying products using your email address and free advertising. He did mention he had spent a lot of money designing a system that would automate all the necessary processes for success and offered it at an affordable price if you got in now while it was still available at the incredibly low price of $997 or 3 payments of $397. Spaces were limited for this one time offer at that cost for the special Incubator program where him and his trained coaches would mentor you until you got your first sale. Everything was included that you would need but would not guarantee your success based on his lack of awareness about your work ethics. He also offered several bonus products and services if you joined immediately before the timer ran out.! I made purchase using the payment plan that also included the bonuses. I was forced to purchase a one time 'coaching' call for $97.00 just to get through the first page of the payment process before the timer ran out. I was not sure my payment had processed because I used my debit card and not a credit card. I confirmed with my bank over the phone that I was only charged one time and waited for a confimation my payment was received. I checked my email and still nothing there, it was late and I gave in to sleep. Within the next day or so following the webinar I was shocked to get a call about the purchase but the person was not from customer service and could not confirm my purchase or provide access to the program. He was calling to sell me a product that would enhance my future business and protect the profits (leading me to speculate) I would soon be experiencing. It was imperative that I get a business license to move forward and I balked at the idea and realized the $97 I paid was not for a coaching call, in fact it was payment to a third party 'Inbound' Sales caller seeking commissions by Upselling me higher costs products offfered by LURN INC. and ***. I became very upset and was not in any position to even cancel without a receipt for my purchase or a confirmation email providing access to the product. When I made contact with customer service, I was informed their system indicated the purchase did not go through and if I could show proof of a receipt she would have no problem helping me with a refund. After several frustrating emails and her requesting I provide her with a bank statement showing the money was indeed taken from my account I was questioning their inability to track my payment in their system using my email and other information. She then responded to me they had a 'NO REFUND POLICY'. Now I am very upset because she is well aware that I have NOT had access to ANY product without confirmation of purchase. I informed her the sales funnel did NOT offer to show the [NO] REFUND POLICY before I approved the payment. I placed brackets before and after the word NO because it was not shown just the words refund policy. She informed me the NO REFUND POLICY is on the website and I argued I made the purchase from the werbinar page. The next email I received ragarding this matter informed me they had sent my purchase confirmation with access to the product to an old email address they had on file from a purchase years before. I find that to be a lie since I did not use that email address when I made the purchase. I did not hear from her again and believe my adament request for a refund was escalated to a different agent. The next customer service representative came back with a offer to credit my account for the two payments of $397 and allow me to apply it to a different product offered at that lower price. They neglected to include the $97.00 payment for the deceptive coaching call and I refused to accept their offer for any products offered by Lurn Inc. and have lost all respect for the owner *** and his lack of integrity and unscrupulus business ethics. I feel they were misrepresenting the product and services and practiced deceptive customer assistance by refusing to refund my money for a digital 'learning' product that was not all inclusive as 'business tool' for success as I was led to believe. They knew I never accessed the proprietary information represented as a key component for an affiliiate to achieve financial success. The next step I painstakingly took offered by my bank, was to file a dispute over the 'CASH' funds they had already paid out of my checking account to LURN INC. I knew from previous experience the bank was not going to effect a refund on my behalf and the temporary provisional credit was taken back from my account when LURN INC. falsely stood on their [NO] REFUND POLICY that was contractually misrepresented prior to purchase and after purchase. I AM SO FURIOUS , IN THE PROCESS OF RESEARCHING MY EMAILS FOR DATES I COMPLAINED I FIGURED OUT LURN CONSISTENTLY CORRESPONDED WITH ME ABOUT MY CONCERNS TO AN OLD EMAIL [protected]@gmail.com and I cant seem to find my complaints anywhere, but I know i went round and round with their customer services agents and more than one.
