Regardless of the rating of their products, Asko customer service is one of the worst I ever seen.
Asko scheduled a Wednesday Delivery which I would not be at home, so I called Customer Service multiple times to reschedule alternative time the following Monday. They said if I am not home following Monday they will charge me delivery fee (by the way they have zero flexibility, so you have to cancel everything and try to make it!) Fair enough, I agreed on this.
Following Monday, I stayed in the whole day nobody contacted me or delivered anything, I tried to call customer service but line is busy all the way : (: (Imagine you are 9-5 office worker and your boss is strict on attendance - one day working at home is already a stretch! Finally I got through customer service one day after (Tuesday). They said sorry and next delivery date have to be on a Friday! I m already pissed off but said OK. They offered a free instalment which make things slightly better.
On the delivery date - Friday, guy knocked on the door and rudely saying he can not install, he had to drop off the package and leave asap. I asked him to stay until I got through customer service, he said no. Customer service then said the msg was missing in the communication chain therefore no one will help me. I am skinny short girl and no way I can unpack and install the washer! I will return the product and never ever come to Asko regardless how good their product is.
