Asian American Association Telecom Services tricked my mom, 74-year old, to use their service. They only told my mom that she didn't need to pay anything if she was not using the phone and very cheap to call China. They called my home despite the Do Not Call list, a pre-recorded message asked a series of "yes" or "no" answers, never explaining the purpose of the call or what they were selling...my elderly father answered the call and unsuspectingly answered their questions. The next month I received a $7 bill for calls from San Francisco to Sacramento (2 hours drive). I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, California Public Utilities Commission, Federal Communication Commission, Do Not Call Registry, and here...I want to see them burn.
They claim to serve the Asian community, they are really Asians preying on the elderly Asian community.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
