Ashley's Towing company are scandalous crooks with unethical business practices. They stole my vehicle today claiming the were authorized to tow it, though they refused to enlighten me as to who gave them this
"authorization". My legally registered vehicle (plates, tags, the whole set up current) was parked at the apartment complex, where I am a tenat, in the same legitiment parking spot that I have used daily for the past 4 months. Due to a plumming issue (that had nothing to do with me) the rear tires of my vehicle were 2 feet (at the most) outside of the white lines for the parking spot to avoid stepping in a foul puddle. The property owner/manager is aware of this parking spot, its use, and the need to allow space for excess water and such from the plumming issue. I was authorized BY THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY to use this spot as such. Never once has it been a problem. If anyone would've asked me, I would have moved it. Instead, I awake to find they've crept in and removed it from the property. Now they say it's $250 to get it out today! Ridiculous. Brett, the rude man I spoke with from their company and supposed supervisor, offered minimal information and no help. I don't see how this is legal at all. Legal actions will be taken on my end to correct this injustice, but I'd like to show them my appreciation for the hassle of the process by posting this account of my experience with the company that is "bringing the towing industry to another level". Guess it's accurate advertising. If anybody has an advice on effective legal steps, or resources for this situation, please let me know.

This company is very unprofessional, they towed my car from a gated community. But the worst part is that when I went to pick it up they had damaged the car when they towed it they broke aft the front bumper and broke the fog lights. When I picked up the car I pointed the damage to them and they told me they didn't do it the car was like this before they asked if I had a picture of the car the night before and they said anyhow who cared we are not going to fix it SUE me. I asked them ok to whom do I address the documents he wouldn't give me any information Brett very rude man and very unprofessional what a pity that a business doesn't care for good reputation. I will take this to court because from what a read in the web there is more the 100 complaints about this company in the last couple of years but not sure if anyone has ever taken them to court. I feel this company need to be taught a lesson and if we don't do anything about it they will continue to abuse in fraudulent ways. If anyone needs help on suing this company you can contact me and I can help. My number is [protected]

Also Ashley's Towing is not even a clearly reputable corporation.

Its reputation is terrible, the main office looks like a dive and they don't have a public relations department at all. They should be taught a lesson and if anyone else has used their service, don't forget to take pictures!

You can use that with your insurance agent, to prove damages & kick them down the river in court. Pictures are vital. Also take video of what you witness and document them as well as anyone paid by them.

Here is the corporation information for Ashley's Towing. I hope it helps. I am considering taking them to court as well for damage and unreasonable towing circumstances. http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=3uK9yV8Bl1KwI9M9yt1VVw%253d%253d&nt7=0
