items never arrived
I ordered a necklace and elephant keychains from the website mid november. When parcels hadn't arrived 1st dec I emailed the company. I was told they had been very busy and items due for dispatch soon. I received an email saying items had been dispatched from china (!) on 2nd dec. Tracking still shows package in china 2 weeks later. It is a disgrace. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for items that I don't believe will ever arrive. I have contacted the company and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I won't hold my breath.

Purchased something from www.ashleyjewels.com website and after I paid I received all the confirmations but there was no tracking number. I contacted ashley jewels and they said i'll get my tracking number an time soon. Finally received it three days later and when I tried to track my order I got an error message. Contacted them again and asked for a valid tracking number and soon received another one which also did not work. Never received my order and after they sent me that second number they just stopped replying. Scam!

I've ordered a ring from www.ashleyjewels.com and received it in a timely manner. The ring was really beautiful and looked amazing, but the size was incorrect and it too big. I decided to contact them hoping to get a replacement, but they refused and said that it was not possible. They offered me a discount coupon on my next purchase. I'm not sure if I would like to order something from them again. Very disappointed.

I have lost the order number but they should be able to find it using my Email! The problem is there is no way of contacting this company! I have tried emailing them but to no avail! Found a charge on my credit card from Ashley Jewelry. I never ordered anything from them.
I placed an order on 9/12/18 and I have yet to receive it. The order was #405069 and I Paid for it already. Please send me a refund if I do not receive it by the beginning of next week. it is now way overdue. Linda Baraz
