Ascend Property Management review: Rentals

i’ve lived in a lot of rentals, but my experience with ascend has easily been the BEST. my AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer (in bakersfield RIP). I submitted a maintenance request expecting to wait a couple of days but to my surprise someone showed up just a few hours later. They got the AC working again that same day! Since then, every maintenance request has been handled just as quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a management company that’s this responsive and genuinely cares about its tenantsbut with ascend ive felt taken care of since day one
