faulty treatment

I went for treatment of two teeth, for which Dr. Pawan from Arpan dental Care, Rohini, Sector 8, Delhi, did RCT (root canal treatment).. since he charges less for treatments, ofcourse it was quite painful when he perfomed RCT..

But ordeal came in after he completed RCT and pain started shooting in a day or 2 in the sixth teeth.. b'coz of his broken instrument/ file he left in the teeth which he didn't inform me about..

when i went for second opinion to another dentist, they showed me that a broken instrument ( a tip of the file used to clean the cavity) was left in the root of the tooth, which was causing pain. they also said they face lot of patients coming from Arpan Dental Care facing this problem because the equipments Dr Pawan uses are VERY OLD AND CHEAP QUALITY.

Now due to this I had to go for Re-RCT and and shell out approximately 3 times the money and still have that broken instrument of Dr Pawan in the root of the my tooth.
