I was pretty upset about it, but the guys at A1 Auto Three Brothers Car Repair were able to smooth things over and get me a new tire that was just as good as the one that got busted. They were really helpful and understanding, and I appreciated their willingness to make things right. The tune-up they did on my truck was great too - it runs like a dream now. Overall, I'd say these guys are pretty solid and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto shop.
