I cancelled my e-paper account in the middle of June 2025 via the 1-800 customer service number. The agent was not responsive to my cancellation request and after nearly 15 minutes finally said the account was closed. Since July I have been charged for monthly services, I have not used or asked for. I called on October 10th to find out why I am still being billed. I was told that my acct was reopened in August based on a phone call. I did not request, nor do I want this paper. I dispute the charge each month and today I see a cumulative charge for $40.25. I will be disputing this charge.

My acct number was AW8626514.

Desired outcome: Want the assurance that my account is not active and the charges rescinded.
