Arizona Medical Board review: No response from Dr. office after numerous phone calls. Messages go to voice mail and no one picks up. the

Last November I had a consultation with an internist about having a colonoscopy because blood had been found in a Cologuard test.

I was told to expect a phone call to set a date for the test. That was in November. I received one phone call. They left a message with a phone number a told to call to set up an appointment. I called and left a message that I was returning call for an appointment. I called numerous times and have not received another call in the last, roughly 6 weeks.

My new primary sent in a referral to a different doctor. That doctor’s office called and left a message asking me to call and set up an appointment. I’ve called their number numerous times in the last three weeks as well, and haven’t heard back from them either. Blood was 1st noted 3 or 4 years ago.

The Hospital is Banner, and I haven't been told who the Dr. would be.
