I didn't know what to expect when I got to the site in northern Arizona but they were so friendly and nice I caught myself hanging around 20 minutes after getting fingerprinted. It was like talking to a friend. I really like how professional and willing the staff was to ensure I left with having done everything my future employer had asked of me... Thanks guys!

I went to the Peoria location. It was close to home and it was so easy. It is a walk-in facility with fast and friendly service. I was given two options as far as price. One was to pay only for the scan and take care of submitting forms and such on my own. I opted for the other, which included all form submissions, etc. It was quite a bit more, but it sure is easier!

I needed a Fingerprint Clearance Card ... I'd never herd of these guys before and upon my arrival I found a very small , yet very clean office / suite . The staff was very helpful and friendly . They were also very professional , knowledgeable with any questions you might have & they were quick to get business done in a timely matter . I highly recommend these guys .

This was my 2nd attempt of the day, as the first place I went to had a fire earlier in the day and was closed and full of firemen - not a great start to the day. I found the Arizona Livescan on W. Main Avenue and my day turned around quickly. The staff was very helpful and it took less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this site to anyone who needs Arizona Fingerprinting. HelenK

Great customer service! I was helped right away . She was very kind and answered any and all my questions. She even made sure I had the right card. The one I brought was a little dented she gave me a new one so it didn't get denied. 10/10 for the customer service experience I had that day. I will be telling my boss to send our new team to get what they need done there. Thank you very much!

I came to get fingerprinted for my RN license. I called first and was met with a friendly, helpful staff person. There was hardly a wait and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had to change something after it was already printed and they were patient and accommodating. Later I went to drop it off to AZBN and it was a breeze. I recommend this place 100%! Incredible, fast and reliable service.

-NO accurate information on website; conflicting info from employees (who trained these people?) -Rude staff; questioned my need for the fingerprint card -Not following COVID precautions; patrons in waiting room without any masks; staff had mask BELOW her nose -Forced to recite social security number OUT LOUD in the open office -Did not sanitize equipment -Did not use gloves to take fingerprint Completely unenjoyable and overall unethical.

Arizona Livescan Fingerprinting did an outstanding job for us. We needed Criminal Background Checks, the office was packed and we were thinking this was not a good idea. We were wrong! Immediately upon entering, we were greeted and they got us started on the required paperwork. The staff worked so well and so proficiently, in hardly any time, we were completed and gone. These ladies do a great job, know their business, very helpful and professional. They make the whole experience enjoyable. We highly recommend them for your needs.

The facility that I went to was well marked and easy to find with it's location using my GPS. The inside of the location was clean and well maintained, including the bathrooms! The staff was highly professional and extremely understanding. Not only did they help to maintain social distancing? I did not feel as if I was just "some random client." My experience was one that was filled with both a welcoming attitude and extremely delicate customer service. I would highly recommend this business for the service they offered to anyone needing it.

My spouse and I were the first walk-in customers at 9am; appointments are not necessary, but consider making an appointment because only 4 people are allowed in at any time (during Covid pandemic). Despite non-stop juggling of customers and phone calls, the staff of two remained courteous, patient, professional and efficient. We greatly appreciated the clean environment and enforcement of safety practices. Cost is very reasonable for the quick service. Please respect the signs and wear mandatory masks to keep these employees safe and this location open!

Great service, they knew exactly what I needed the second I walked in a described what I was looking for. They are very quick and efficient regardless of what service you are there to get, and they are taking the necessary precautions for social distancing with keeping everything clean and limiting the number of people inside. I did a walk-in as well (Monday afternoon) and didn't have to wait long at all, even though a few people trickled in after me. I also received the results of my Livescan within the same day, so it was very convenient to go through them.

Wow, was I glad to find Arizona Livescan. My prints submitted by the company that hired me had been returned 3 times from other fingerprinting services as unacceptable. It was very frustrating. Because of this, I was not able to get my security card and consequently unable to work. This really affected me financially. I went to Arizona Livescan and they turned out beautiful prints which were accepted and my card was issued. They were very professional and the technician that assisted me was very caring. I told her about my prints being rejected three times. She took extra care and made sure she got good prints. Add photos

While the woman who served us was friendly and professional, she was not wearing a mask despite being in close quarters with no ventilation and unable to socially distance in an area of the country that has a very high level of community spread even by people who are vaccinated. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends masking indoors in Maricopa County and neither she nor her coworker were masked. All the customers who came in while we were there were masked, however, so the customers were protecting her while she was not protecting us. It was disappointing and put my health and safety at risk though I had no choice but to stay as I had to get the fingerprinting completed.

I have nothing but PRAISE for the staff here in Mesa. I have been trying to get employment for some time and a Fingerprint card is a wonderful thing to have. I went to AZDPS site and filled out the forms. Read my message that said I could go to PD or other offices and get the fingerprints done. This turned out to be false. I went to the website and tried the company online that waas recommend. But they were 4 weeks or more booked for appointments, so I Googled it. And found Arizona Livescan right down the street from my home! I went there as they opened and was greeted with all the help I needed and it was reasonable. They 2 ladies there were awesome and it was quick and I left happy. THANK YOU

Can't describe how easy, nice, and efficient this experience turned out. The Arizona Livescan site was close to home, walk-in visit late in the day. The staff was such a great help. Courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with any and all of my questions. The fact that they take care of everything is the perfect setup. I was really stressing about getting the fingerprint thing done time-wise. Again, the staff was so kind to make sure everything was in order before I left. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit for any of the services you might need. You're in good hands with them. Even though it was a busy day the two staff people handled the customers in a friendly and professional manner. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and told it would be at least a half hour wait. Since I traveled 45 minutes to get to this site, that was nothing. That being said, it was much appreciated knowing the time expected before service could be rendered. The lead person (I forget her name) did say they tried to call in extra people and also that they were hiring. That seems to be the case because of COVID right now for many businesses. Speaking of COVID, it was hot out and the lead person said she wasn't expecting people to stand outside to wait when the lobby exceeded the 6 person limit indicated on the sign on the door. I would suggest a "masks are appreciated" sign and masks be made available. Out of about 12 people in the lobby only two of us wore a mask. I have been fully vaccinated. However, with the variant rearing it's ugly head, as a retired RN, I follow Medical Evidence which proves masks are effectively helpful in decreasing the threat of transmission of airborne contaminants.
