I have paid arabian time travel and tourism aed 9000 but they not fulfilled the agreement terms and no refund the amount. Now all contacts are inactive. They have sent me one mail confirming the refund will be done on 10/10/2008. But they didn't do it. I have the contract made between me and them and the emails received by them confirming the refund

Just an awareness about this company ... its a fraud company running business in Dubai.
They all give attractive travel packages and take a good amount from you.
After that they vanish they don't respond to your emails or to your calls.
Even I have been to their office but their is no respond from their side for any thing
They don't give any services or any package for travel plan or any kind of visa services.
They are just a fraud company please don't get into it.

This worst company i ve ever met.. that much pain on my heart we people earning very hard day by day to save money like a bee these type company will give candid words and loot our money 40mins.. i don't know to blame whom...When I got registered in this company i thought of gotta good opportunity to go tour with my family.. but everything gone in a second after read a article about this company. Please advise me any one what is the procedure to recover my money..

I had taken 35 days travel from arabian time and later on i had asked for refund because I was not satisfied with service.

Refund letter was issued in June stating to grant refund in sept. However I have not received refund till now and their offices are closed and no one answers call.

Please lodge complain and help me to get refund at the earliest.

I total agree through all the comments I have gone through they just give false promises and end result is you get 5% percent of the 100% . I am not sure how to get the money back from them .Please await if some one has put a complain i could hear about them in the morning on radio that there is alreday complain registered with economical department

We have paid AED 6, 000 to Arabian Time Travel Tourism for their travel package (35 days of stay in any country for free in lifetime for a family)
Which also consist of 5 year membership to Body and Soul Fitness center
Now they are not responding to us and they haven't given us the things they told they will give. We went to inquire about this and their office is now closed. No one from their side is answering our calls and we want our money back.
Please tell us if there is any way we can get our money back.

I have read many reviews about this scam travel company, unfortunately AFTER being a victim of their scams in aug18. I have been through exactly same situation and scam from Arabian times travel and tourism where they lured me to fake holiday packages for less, described by others in this forum.
Now they dont answer any calls and their emails bounces back. please help me get my money back.

I am a victim as well, they had asked me to wait for sometime and they will refund but now it's 3months and no use either. Can we all form a group and get our hard earned money back from them or if their is a group already then please advise me, as i would like join as well.
However did anyone get their mobey back?
& are any other possibilities of recovering ?money please please advise.

We had filled a coupon in 1 supermarket for Arabian Tours and travel and then we got a Call to visit them when we visited they did promises and assurance for 35 days hotel stay with free airport pick up and drop service and they took Are 7500.00 at the same moment. Later when we planned foryour to Singapore and Malaysia tour and I had sent email and they send confirmation for hotel as confirmed. My flight booking visa everything was done on basis of hotel booking sent. My flight is 11th August and today when I went to check for airport pick and drop they said not available infact they said hotel booking is also not confirmed. I was totally lost as after everything is planned they denied as no hotel is confirmed. I came back and checked online and came to know there are many people like me trapped in this scam. Please support to get out money back.

In around Feb 2018, We had filled up for a lucky draw in a mall, and then after few days got a call that you have been selected. And then they invited to us to collect the price, at which they gave a 60-90 mins presentation claiming they Are your company, they will provide us stay at any 4-5 star hotels of in the world, if we buy their package. They claimed and named hotels like Hyatt, Pullman etc. We got influenced in their fraud and we paid them 15000 AED, for 70 nights. We received some certificate after that claiming the same etc.

In May 2018, Now that we planned our holidays to Australia and we are asking them for 3 night stay in Sydney at our requested hotels . They are offering very Low grade 3-4 star hotels, which are even cheaper than the price we hav epaid them.
They take two days to reply to our emails and don't revive our calls.
It's a cheat and complete fraud, we want our refine back. We don't get what we are promised and what we paid them for.
We want our our refund back as we are CHEATED openly.
It's so strange that how these fraudters are making money in open in Dubai.

If you came across this kind of fraud company I request this is quite big blog, but please spent some time to read and don't invest even don't visit such kind of fishing companies who will take your money which you earned with all your hard work.

Here I am talking about a tour and travels fake company named as "arabian time travel" website is referring tohttp://www.arabianttt.com/

It's totally fraud company. Guys, please don't fill any voucher in any mall, cinemas, big bazar, hypercity, shopping fest, or whatever it may be. The voucher sales person allure u with the facility of voucher, but their main aim is to make u join company like arabian time travel.

# once u fill the voucher, u will get a call from them, they told u that they have some free gifts for u, but for that u have to attend 45-90 minute session.

# in that session they will give u one survey form to judge ur capability of paying money. They will show u brochure containing list of 5 star hotels like grand hyatt, jumeirah beach hotel etc saying that they had a tie up with them. But the reality is they don't have tie up, even they won't share the brochure when u ask them in future.

When u attend the session they will offer u a travel package for 5, 10, 30 years (according to ur capability) with lots of facilities like 5 star hotels booking, health insurance card, gold gym life time registration facility, d-mart voucher every months, good unisex saloon vouchers which inclused spa's and massage packages. They will start from huge amount, and if u r not capable to pay that amount, they will allure u with lots of benefits, and convince u somehow by decreasing the amount and additional facilities.

# they won't allow u to use ur mobile phones to see the reviews and to discuss with ur near and dear ones. Because if they allow, no one will buy their packages.

# during the session, they make environment full of pressure, they won't leave u alone for discussion even for a moment, even they capture ur mind in such a way that they provide every solution of ur doubt by making fake promises. They play loud music in the background, so that u can't hear deal going on, in the next table. Even if u agree, suppose for 5year package at the amount of 1 lakh, it is quite possible that they are offering the same package to other people on the other table at the amount of 70000. From this u can judge that how fraud the company is.

# when u finalizing the deal, u have to sign on an agreement.in that agreement they don't mention the verbal commitment, even one line is there like, the sale's person verbal things are not considered. (I don't remember the exact line).

# they are in such a hurry to take payment that, they wanted to swipe the card before u have signed the agreement. Even they won't let u read the documents properly. It is written in the agreement that "the package offered are non-cancellable and nonrefundable". But the sales person will convince u that, if u don't want u can cancel it any time, they will give u mental pressure by saying such things: today is last day, offer is only for u, if u missed it, u will not get such offers.

# after the payment, the role of sales person is over, it may be possible that the contact card given by the sales person having wrong details. After the payment, all the verbal commitments become'"as per availability commitments".

So now here is the details how I struggled with these fraud people

Arabian time travel (http://www.arabianttt.com/) is new fish in market so there are no blogs or information mentioned about them.
Please do read this just save yourself from fishing and save your money which you earn with lot of hard work.

They made us purchase for aed 10, 000 life time validity 35 days holiday package.
With body and soul health club card free use.
(you wont get this)

I swiped the emirates nbd credit card and converted the amount for 12 months installment because they promised to pay back the interest amount which was actually 1068 aed
After all the documentation we decided to use one weekend in dubai in a 5 star hotel.
I sent emails, phone calls nothing was answered properly. Finally after 24 days I received email saying I cannot go where I want but what they give.
Their customer care manager a lady, is the rudest person I have ever met.
Dear friends it's a lot to say after that I faced to get my money back. Usually they convince everybody.
I am spending this time of mine to draft this just to create awareness among you.

Please don't fall in this trap. You will loose your money, your peaceful life …
Pls reply here if any one of u are in trouble with arabian time travel dubai.
