I order from AquariumPlants.Com on 8/3. Still no shipping date and I've sent lots of emails asking for info. It's now 8/27 and I still haven't heard back, even after asking for a refund. I saw some complaints about this company on ComplaintsBoard.com, but they had what I needed so I went for it. I've never had this happen with a website before. I guess I shouldn't have taken the risk.

I got my plants from AquariumPlants.Com in just 3 days. They were packed real good for the long trip and all the plants were healthy. The rooted plants were easy to divide into 2 or 4 plants, so I got my money's worth. I'll definitely order from them again and check out their other stuff too.

I made a big mistake buying plants from a shop in another state. They sent me some bad plants. They said each bunch of stems comes with a weight, but they didn't include any. When I called for help with the bad plants, a guy who didn't know the plant names answered the phone. He wouldn't transfer me to someone who knew more and instead called me names and hung up.

I hope my bank can help, but these guys didn't. They took a lot of my money.

This store is bad news! I Googled them before buying anything and boy am I glad I did. They're a bunch of crooks! I ordered something and they took my money, but never sent me anything. No tracking number, no notification, nothing. When I asked for a refund, the guy I spoke to said they couldn't access my credit card. I asked again, and he was still polite. But the third time, I lost my cool. Then some guy called me stupid and said I didn't know how to order. What a jerk! I don't think they're even real employees. They're probably just a bunch of scammers running a website. But when I threatened to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com and my bank, suddenly they were able to refund my money. What a coincidence! Don't buy anything from these guys. You'll regret it, just like everyone else who's dealt with them.

all plants came on time, carefully prepared for transport and in pristine condition. Exceeded our expectations, well done.

I emailed these guys a bunch of times to get an invoice for my package, but they never got back to me. It's been like a week now and I'm still waiting for my stuff.

Got my order from AquariumPlants.Com and it's not what I expected. The big mama plant I ordered was supposed to have 75 stems in a pot, but what I got was 4 plants with only 5 stems each. Not cool.

I bought sum plants from aquariumplants.com but they sent me the wrong one. I told them but they didn't do nothing about it. I got Green Temple instead of Green Temple Narrow Leaf. I called them and they said they sent me the right one but they didn't. I got proof with pictures. They need to fix their mistake.

I ordered some plants from AquariumPlants.com on 1/10 for $48.91 and paid an extra $38.37 for overnight shipping. The website said that orders placed before Sunday would be shipped on Tuesday, but I didn't get any notification on Tuesday 1/12. I sent a message through the website's secure messaging option explaining that I was having surgery on Thursday and wouldn't be able to accept the package if it arrived late. I didn't get a response, but I did get an email saying that my items had shipped and would arrive on Thursday when no one would be home. I called the company and explained the situation, but the man who answered the phone said that they weren't a "techy" company and didn't usually respond to emails. He didn't offer any solutions and said that he wasn't willing to work with me. The plants will be sitting on my porch in Pennsylvania in January for several days with temperatures in the teens, which will kill them and void any guarantee. The company won't do anything because the plants have already been shipped and they refused to contact me before shipping.
