Aqua America review: Water bill

Acct. [protected] My water has been normal the past 12 months until I received this month bill for $ 889.78. When talking to the agent she stated that the water usage was used from 26th through the 30th of the month. Only 4 days caused my bill to go from $100 to $900. The meters must have been crossed with the neighbors as I see they have some inground digging going on. I have been in this house for almost 17 years and never had a bill this high. I need some HELP with this and fast.
