There was a sudden and unexplained increase in water usage beginning in September. An additional recurring charge of $20.17 was added that was not historically included on my account and has not been adequately explained.

Claimed loss: An extra $45+ was paid toward last month's bill. The billing cycle has gone up, and it was forwarded to me faster than usual.

Desired outcome: Verification that the reading used to generate the bill is accurate. Correction of any billing errors and appropriate reimbursement or account credit if overcharges were identified.
