I have written this yesterday. Yesterday I called to follow up called local office they transferred me to what I thought center to order. The gentleman answered and asked appropriate questions name date of birth address and asked for my credit card info, they keep on file to charge after insurance pays. Then he stated listen to this recording to verify everything while I finish up but get some number. Again it wanted all info my credit card and I did. Then nothing. Different person answered and started asking me same. I refused to go thru it again he kept saying I’m trying to help. I asked about supplies then I asked him what company he worked for he wouldn’t answer I asked again he said I’m with rewards center some place that was gonna charge me 38 and 39 dollars a month for some service. Nothing got ordered I’m scared now they have all my information. I called home office to lady who initially answered and she said she didn’t know. She put me thru to someone that I expected to help me order medical supplies. I’m scare they could steel my identity my money and who knows.

Desired outcome: I want to know the truth and if Apria is connected with this company? I want to make sure I have not had my identity or bank info stolen?
