We've had great service twice now with Appliance Technician for our 50+ year old fridge and stove. He followed all safety protocols for COVID and was very efficient and professional. Wonderful service. Quick, efficient, to the point. Its hard to complain about a friendly, same-day service (which is always important when a fridge goes). The technician was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. And even better, the receptionist who took my initial call was lovely and accommodating. Would recommend and would hire again!

Excellent and friendly service from Appliance Technician. He came at the time scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem with our fridge, a defective compressor relay. He did not have the part with him but quickly went to the part shop on Bank Street and came back within 30 minutes to replace it. He cleaned the fridge back and put everything back in place. Cannot ask for better service.

My refrigerator was periodically leaking water and the ice dispenser was not working. The Appliance Technician quickly identified the problems and was also able to do a work around for the ice dispenser, saving me the expense of ordering a custom made piece which would take 5 months to come in! Everything worked beautifully when he left. Prompt, efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this company.

Technician was knowledgeable and provided expert advice. Was able to provide a quote for repairs which was fair but beyond the price of buying a new washing machine and certainly advised me of that. Recommended make of washer he would consider and locations to purchase. Did not try to oversell the repairs which was much appreciated. We were very happy with this company, we asked for an appointment, (as my husband already had the dryer apart) on short notice and they managed to squeeze us in. When the technician, John Smith arrived he was using all the safety measures for Covid, along with being friendly and informative. It didn't take long for him to diagnose the problem, and it was a quick fix. We will definitely use this company again for any of our appliances. Thank you!

I had a tumbler problem with my apartment washing machine. The technician phoned me three hours before the appointment, asked me a few questions, suggested a diagnostic test I could do myself, and diagnosed the problem right over the phone. The washer was definitely kaput and his very friendly and knowledgeable intervention saved me the cost of a home visit. He even suggested a good place for me to get a new washer. I am telling everyone about Appliance Technician Limited from now on and will never call anyone else with any of my appliance problems. Yes! I am a believer. Mike

We were extremely happy with the service we received with Appliance Technician Ltd. He was honest and upfront and allowed us to make our own decision by providing detailed proposals regarding our oven, even giving us time to decide what was best for us. He were friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The gentleman wore gloves and a mask and was very respectful of the social distancing practices that has been imposed upon us during these difficult times. After finding Appliance Technician on the official site, we contacted them to have a repairman examine our washer for noise and high spin rate. We had had bad advice and no follow-up service from another Company in the Ottawa area. Despite Christmas being imminent, the response was immediate and the technician, [Technician's Name], arrived as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem (completely different from the other technician) and provided an estimate for repairs. Because of the fault, it is cheaper and better value to buy new. We will definitely be calling Appliance Technician first for any further appliance repairs that may arise.

Appliance Technician Ltd. offers incredible appliance repair service, plus very efficient appointment booking, invoice & payment systems. I am a rental Condo owner and my tenant required an Oven repair. I found this company on the official website. Although he was unable to repair the Oven on the spot, he gave me a very accurate written quote for parts etc. During his service call my tenant mentioned a water leak issue with the Fridge, and with permission quickly resolved and repaired it. My tenant was very impressed with the care taken to prepare the work space and all COVID measures were followed. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them.

Great service! I called them a few days ago when my fridge stopped working properly. The technician wore gloves and a face mask respecting the Covid-19 protocols. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes and was able to fix it with no parts required. He explained that my fridge was very expensive and it would be worth the money to repair it rather than replace it going forward. He explained that the newer fridges are not built as well as ours and they usually present with problems much sooner than normally expected. I would highly recommend Appliance Technician Ltd. to anyone that wants prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service for any of their appliances.

This was our first time in using this company . After searching online during the covid lock down we were able to locate this company to repair our monogram cook top . The reply was quick after leaving a telephone inquiry . The appointment was scheduled and the repair technician was on time . The service was provided with covid protocol and I was pleased that he was very knowledgeable in acquiring parts needed . The parts were received quickly and a second appointment was scheduled . During this appointment two technicians arrived and both were quick to assess the procedure to remove the broken equipment and replace the new one . They were provided quality service with a friendly personable rapport. We will definitely refer our friends or family to this business .

I was very pleased with the recent service call that I had from an Appliance Technician representative. He arrived within the time period scheduled and wore a mask (as I did also) and used gloves throughout, both apparel much appreciated during these COVID-19 times. He promptly rectified my washing machine malfunction, charged me a very reasonable fee and offered useful suggestions about both my washing machine and my dishwasher. Furthermore, he was both courteous and professional during the entire visit. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to make my payment easily and paperless with my laptop at the end of my visit and I received an e-mailed receipt promptly. Appliance Technician Ltd. serviced our washing machine in July (excellent service) & installed a new high-quality dishwasher in Sept 2020 (outstanding installation). In both cases the technicians helped diagnose the problem with our existing machines & gave us a preliminary estimate before visiting our home. The technicians were available to visit our home within a reasonable time. They repaired the washing machine and did a complimentary follow up visit when we were concerned about an issue we thought related to the initial repair. More than one year later all is well with the washer. After the technician worked with us over the phone to diagnose the dishwasher and gave us an estimate, we decided to replace the dishwasher and did not hesitate to have the technician install the new one. Appliance Technician Ltd. will be the first place we call if/when we need to have an appliance repaired.

We HIGHLY recommend Appliance Technician Ltd! We had excellent service. The repairmen observed all Covid19 protocols, were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Will definitely use them again if/when another appliance breaks. The spring broke on the door of my very old wall oven. Appliance Technician came, examined it and ordered replacement springs from the manufacturer. When the springs arrived, two technicians came. The manufacturer sent springs according to my model number but they had an extra flange. It was determined this was all that is available. The guys tried and tried to get the hinges to fit, even tried filing the flange off. Nothing worked, but they tried their best. In the end I will have to replace the oven but we were only charged for the initial diagnostic visit, the rest of the money we had paid was refunded! Our sincere thanks to Appliance Technician Ltd.
