APCOA PARKING (UK) Ltd review: Parking Charge Number I put into the appeal page on https://payments.apcoa.co.uksays it can't be found

I tried to appeal against these 2 parking charges on 4th Sept 2026 at heathrow Terminal 4 but the website didn't find the penalty charges under those numbers which are: HF20568594, HP00134041 so I could not go ahead with an appeal. I have to make an appeal with in 14days, so by next Friday 25th Sept, in order to only pay £40 pounds for each if I fail the appeal. on 4th Sept at Ter 4 LHR it was chaos. No signs for car park so stopped in 'drop off' to ask and that gave me one penalty.Then the exit wasn't clear, went thro' pick up Another penalty. Please cancel them both because of chaos that morning at Ter 4 LHR
