Ordered an outdoor bench. Arrived in excellent condition and was initially very please with the design and seeming sturdiness. After a little more than a year it looks awful and has not held up. I went to my Aosom account to leave a review and the option was not available. Upon chatting with the 'bot', I was informed that since it had been so long the option to leave a review was not available. So, if you want to know how a product holds up I would recommend not using this site. I'm out $300 and can't even leave a review to warn others...

Recommendation: I wouldn't use the site again.
