These guys were sent by Choice Home Warranty (stay away from them too). The guy came and said my husband needed $85.00 to send a report to see if the problem was covered. Surprise, it wasn't covered. Long story short, my kitchen faucet was leaking and the spout didn't swing over (it's a double sink). I had to tell the guy I wouldn't pay for a report, but I guess I couldn't get my money back. Well, this sneaky company took the $85.00 and left. To make matters worse, the guy said if I got a handyman it would cost $50.00 to install the new faucet I had already bought. Save yourself the trouble and don't use Anytime Home Services and Choice Home Warranty.

Just had a terrible experience with Anytime Home Services. Like others have said, seems like this is just how they operate. They messed up the job, I wrote a bad review, and they came back with excuses. Don't use them, and if your home warranty company sends them to you, ask for someone else. We had a simple toilet supply line issue that we explained to the warranty rep. The plumber was rude from the start, didn't fix the problem, and left when I asked him to. Whether he's right or wrong, he shouldn't be dealing with customers. Check the reviews before you use them. Unfortunately, I only saw them after they were already scheduled.

Anytime Home Services came to fix my hot water heater that wasn't making hot water. They found out that a leak caused the water heater to break and it needed to be replaced. The water heater was only 18 months old and was covered by warranty. The repair person said they needed to do extra services that cost $425 to replace it. They couldn't do the work unless these services were done as part of the installation. I checked the internet and talked to other repair people, and none of the services, like replacing piping or electrical, were needed for a standard water heater replacement. They were just done 18 months ago. The worst part is that the home warranty company supported them instead of me, their customer. As a result, I cancelled their contract. I know repair companies that work with home warranty companies don't get paid that much, but I think they were just making up work that wasn't necessary to increase their fee.

I love Anytime Home Services! The guy came on time and gave me a text before he arrived. We talked for a bit and he fixed my kitchen faucet. He was really nice and took pictures to show me what he was doing. He had some trouble with the old faucet, but he didn't complain and got the new one in quickly. The best part was that he told me the new faucet had a lifetime warranty and gave me the paper for it. I called and got $100 back! Thanks so much! I recommend Anytime Home Services and the guy who helped me.

My kitchen faucet was leaking like crazy and it was a real problem! The guy from Anytime Home Services was awesome! He was on time and did more than what was expected. I'm on a tight budget and the repair ended up being more than just the faucet because I needed a water pressure valve. The guy was really understanding and explained everything to me. He fixed what he could on that visit and went over pricing for the next repair. He did everything he could to make sure my family had water in the kitchen. Since I had to save money for the next repair, there was some time in between visits. The guy came back and remembered everything that needed to be fixed. He brought the parts to try to fix the original faucet even though it was going to be a pain for him. He did that to save me money so I didn't have to buy a whole new kitchen faucet. He installed the water pressure regulator and fixed everything else. He was really professional, kind, and honest. My experience with the whole team was great and I highly recommend them!

This company is not good at all! They came to my house to fix a small leak from the water heater, but they turned off the hot water and left without telling me. When I called them to come back and turn it on, they said they would only do it if I paid for a new water heater and signed a paper saying they are not responsible for any work they do and won't give me a warranty. When I asked why, they said it's because the wood shelf the heater is on had some water damage. They said they won't turn it back on until I give them the job and sign the paper. They scammed me! They made it so I had no choice but to pay them thousands of dollars and sign papers. They are very shady and scam artists. Don't let them in your house!

I had a problem with my shower faucet and the water wouldn't shut off completely. My home warranty sent Anytime Home Services LLC to fix it. They fixed the problem, but when I went to use the shower, the water was only getting warm. I called them again and the plumber said that the hot water is always supposed to be on the right, but I knew that it was always on the left. I showed him my other bathroom and kitchen, but he laughed and walked away. I asked him to leave and called the company for a supervisor, but she said sometimes the hot is on the right. I tried to explain that it has been on the left for 4 years, but she cut me off and said the home warranty would assign a new company. After 2 months, I still have a worse problem than before and Anytime won't fix it even though they were paid.

I had Anytime Home Services come to my house from American Home Shield. There was a problem with the ticket that American Home Shield created with Anytime Home Services. A plumber from Anytime Home Services came out and fixed one of my issues, but couldn't finish the leak behind the wall in my master bath shower because of the ticket issue. Anytime Home Services came out again once my shower was torn apart from Eco Dry Restoration. The plumber who came didn't have the valve or the right tool to do the repair. He called his dispatcher and told me that the original plumber would come out the next day to finish the repair. Then I got an email at 9 am the next day that Anytime Home Services tried calling me 3 times and they would have to reschedule for next week. It's been 2 weeks now. They never called me like they said they did, and they didn't leave a voice message to prove it. I called Anytime Home Services and they said they only have 1 tool in their entire inventory to change a valve. The valve is being used by another plumber in another city. So now I have to reschedule for next week. This is taking my leaking issue and my master bath being torn apart to a total of 3 weeks. I'll be back to leave a review next week.

They did not empty and check pressure on RO system after changing filters. System started producing less water... and after a few months, I could not even fill a 16oz glass in one attempt. Finally called another plumbing company (BF) who diagnosed and fixed the problem in to time. Cost me another $180 but I did not trust Anytime to come fix it. Expensive lesson learned. Never will I use Anytime again.

Very bad service . They made the problem worse . The plumber refused to come back to fix the problem . A week later they were supposed to come back to fix the problem they called to cancel . They wanted to schedule for next week . That would be 2 weeks of waiting to fix a plumbing issue. They don't care and would not send a different plumber . I was forced to use them because of my house warranty . Don't use unless you want more plumbing problems!

Thanks to the Tucson ANYTIME HOME SERVICES TEAM; specifically Ally and Sam for taking care of our recent sink faucet replacement. Although we were surprised by and unexpected and untimely dead end with our home warranty provider, Ally and Sam stepped up to accommodate us really quickly and were very professional. Sam performed quality plumbing work, and promptly completed the entire job exceeding expectations. They were both very pleasant and considerate and Sam complied with all health and safety protocols. We really appreciate Anytime Home Services and proudly recommend them as a very honest and super reliable option for plumbing needs.

Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. This company was contracted by my home warranty to repair my leaking, inoperable water heater. My water heater stopped working on a Thursday, they couldn't get anyone out until the following Monday. Not ideal but understandable. Mike called ahead on Monday during the 6 hour window I was quoted and advised me of his arrival time. That was about the only thing that went well. After spending over an hour and a half checking out my water heater I was told it needed to be replaced but they couldn't do it and the home warranty company wasn't going to cover it. Mike verified for me that the unit was under warranty and told me to contact the manufacturer. Upon contacting the manufacturer I was told that Mike had advised them that there was nothing wrong with my unit. No leak or issues and in order to work with me further they needed to be contacted by the technician regarding any issues as they were told there weren't any. I tried calling Anytime and left a message for a call back from Paige but no one ever reached out. I contacted them the following day and spoke to someone in the office. According to her there are no notes in the system as to the unit needing to be replaced. She doesn't have access to the technicians and cannot contact them for verification or to have them contact me or the manufacturer. She's going to talk to her manager Sarah and have someone contact me. Well... That never happened. Still waiting! I had to turn the water heater back on myself and verify that the top heating element is leaking and contact the manufacturer again to advise. At this point it seems they just collected the service fee, waited it out, told me what they thought would resolve the issue and I was out of luck. I will be contacting anyone I can to see if I have any recourse, although I'm sure there isn't any. Don't waste your time with them, try and find a company that can actually do the job their being hired for and have an interest in resolution, customer service and taking care of their clients, not just collecting the $$.

Anytime Home Services was hired by American Home Warranty to fix a leakin' valve. The first time out they fixed a gasket in the wrong valve. The second time out they refused to replace the gasket in the leakin' valve. They said the valve needed replacin'. This was submitted to American Home Warranty as a change, 'cause the valve is attached to the pipe, so it will cost much more; 'cause it was put as a change I will need to pay 'bout $400 in addition to what the warranty company will cover. When talkin' with Anytime Services we figured out the wrong gasket was fixed, but they refused to repair it, instead sayin' they already made their recommendation. They were hired by American Home Warranty, which means I can pay $400 to have them do repairs that are not needed or I can pay another company to do the proper repairs; I want Anytime Home Services to do what is right and replace the leakin' gasket that should have been replaced initially.

I called Anytime Home Services LLC through American Home Shield to fix my busted toilet. My bro met the tech on 8/11 'cause I was out of town. The tech said the toilet was leaking 'cause of a "bad was ring and broken closet collar with improper repair flange installation". I got a photo copy of the invoice with that wording. AHS wouldn't cover it 'cause they said parts were missing. But the inspection and report didn't say anything about missing parts. I think Anytime Home Services is trying to scam me or AHS into buying parts that weren't missing during the inspection. They also told me to call Ecodrive to check for water damage, and they quoted me $2,000 - $3,000 for minor water on the ceiling below the bathroom. I didn't need that service, so I think the 2 companies are in cahoots to refer each other for jobs and charge for unnecessary stuff.

I got American home shield ins and they sent CNJ Pmbing who didn't fix the issue. So I called AMHS and asked for another plumber. They sent Anytime Home Services who put a little clear silicone around the tub spout and got paid for it. The tech noticed one of the rear up and down water stops was too high and said he could adjust it for me for free. When I returned after three months, I noticed the faucet was slightly moving. I called AHS and spoke with Teresa who was rude and said they won't come out for free. I asked to speak with the owner but she said no. I asked for the tech's name and Teresa said he was fired. They have been rude and I have no reason to lie.

ctices. I would not recommend using Anytime Home Services for any repairs or services. They are not trustworthy and will take advantage of you if given the opportunity.
