AWFUL COMPANY! Absolutely do not let them do any foundation repair work. They misdiagnosed the problem twice, upcharged mid-job (from $4k to $8k) and still messed up the job. During the process of installing their beams, they shifted the entire house and caused damage in excess of $20k. I now have split ceiling, countertops pulled away from the wall, uneven floors, and broken bathroom tiles. In the middle of the job they asked me to sign a liability waiver so that they wouldn't be responsible for any damage and I refused - they stopped work at that point. They later admitted they were wrong and offered to tweak their work but refused to fix the damage they caused. Not having any trust left for them, I requested their insurance information to file a claim. They said they would provide that information but then ghosted me and stopped responding to emails or phone calls. I'm not sure they have insurance at this point. Not only was it a waste of $8k, but they caused damage far in excess. Use somebody else!

I gave them 4 stars cuz the job just got done. If it works like they said, I'll give 'em 5 stars. Wish there was a way to rate the job separate from the crew. Ronald's team was crazy hardworking, they came on time and got straight to it. Didn't even notice if they took breaks.

I just gotta say, Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair LLC did a bang-up job on my pool! Juan and Victor were super professional and got the job done right. The concrete was all jacked up and could have caused some serious injuries, but these guys fixed it up good as new. They showed up on time, called ahead to let me know they were coming, and explained everything to me in plain English. They even took the time to answer all my dumb questions! The work they did is top-notch - you'd never even know there was a problem in the first place. And to top it all off, they cleaned up everything and left my yard looking better than ever. Thanks a million, Juan and Victor!

We called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair LLC after Hurricane Florence, but they were too busy with new customers to schedule service. It took two years and multiple calls before they finally came to service our system, which was not working. The technician said the company was focused on growing their business, but I told them they needed to focus on maintaining current customers who spent a lot of money with them. We had to hire an electrician to fix the problem and will look for a new company that values existing customers instead of just growing their business.

This company ain't trustworthy and one of the worst I've dealt with. I thought my wall was messed up, so a sales guy came and set up a day for the crew to come. They put jacks under my house, but nothing happened, so I told them and finally an engineer came. He said the sales guy and crew leader messed up by not bringing a laser in first. He brought it in, set it up and showed me there was no problem. He said the sales guy and crew leader should have done the same. Because they didn't do their job, I spent $4,700 for nothing. The engineer lied to me and said he'd fix it, but it's been 3 weeks and no word. I sent a letter on July 27th and no one's responded. They're ignoring me like I messed up. They broke their own policy too. I read reviews and don't know how ComplaintsBoard.com gave them an A+.

I used Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair LLC for smart jacks to fix my foundation and they did a great job. So, I hired them again to encapsulate my crawlspace, even though they were more expensive than others. I don't like to babysit contractors, and Cody's crew gave me confidence. But, after ten days, two plumbing visits, and two days off work, I'm still dealing with the damage they caused. I was told the crew would arrive at 8:30 AM on Tuesday 9/7, but they didn't show up until 10 AM. Rayford's crew was not polite, but I let them work. After lunch, it started raining, and they couldn't finish that day, but they only needed an hour the next day. However, the next day, they said I had a massive plumbing leak and couldn't finish. I had to take another half-day off work to deal with it. I also noticed falling insulation left behind, and Maurice said he'd check if the quote included debris removal, but I never got a callback. A plumber confirmed nothing was broken, but the drain pipe from the commode had been pulled down. The next day, I found 15 gallons of water on top of the waterproofing and insulation still hanging everywhere. Another plumber visit found the shower drain pipe was pulled completely loose from the shower. I also had no information on my dehumidifier. Maurice said he'd drop off the manual and sensor the next day, but I never got a callback. I noticed my trunk line for my air conditioning was sitting on the waterproofing instead of being suspended, and two of my ducts were disconnected. I sent photos to Maurice, and he said he'd speak with the office on Monday. But, it's now Friday 9/17, and I'm still waiting for a callback from someone with decision-making capabilities to discuss the excessive damage caused by the crew, a manual for the dehumidifier, a remote sensor for the dehumidifier, and an answer regarding the quoted insulation debris that was left behind.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a service company. I never been so ripped off until I dealt with this company. I had a crown in my living room floor that was elevated about 1 inch and a couple sections of sagging floor throughout the house but my main concern was fixing the crown in the living room. Not knowing much about crawlspace repair work, I relied on the knowledge and good reviews of Southeast Foundation. They sent out a SALESMAN because that is what he is, not a crawlspace expert and he sold me and my wife almost $8,000.00 worth of repair plans that we did not need. For us $8,000.00 is a huge hit to our household that knocked out my savings especially during the hard times of 2020. We trusted them and they gave us this BS reason of why our floors were jacked up. So they sent out a crew of Spanish guys that only one of them could speak some English and within an hour and a half they were done and charged me that huge bill. The floors were not fixed I could hardly even tell they did anything and the crown in my living room was now a 1 and a half inch elevation. It was WORSE after they worked on it. At this point I told there crew leader my concern and he told me that the issues under the house were caused by completely different reasons than the salesman told us. I was told that it was a moisture issue and not a sinking issue. So I hired Crawlspace Medic from Wilmington nc to come out and within 30 min they diagnosed the actual issues that were not from sinking or from moisture and they also took me under the house to show me. Almost the entire system I was sold from SOUTHEAST was USELESS! I contacted Southeast and they sent out one of there inspectors and after he came out from under the house he told me and I quote " I don't know what those boys were thinking but we will come back out and I will personally fix these issues and make it right". Well they did come back out and the inspector never showed up. It was the same crew as before and they were again an hour late with no notification. They went under and adjusted there Jack system that leveled out one small spot in my kitchen but couldn't fix anything else because what they sold me did not and could not address the actual issues that I had under my home. So I contacted SOUTHEAST again and demanded that I get refunded my money and for them to take out there Jack systems because they served zero purpose being under my home. They refused and told me that I bought the Jack's and material so I know own them. I contacted 3 different attorneys that were familiar with this company from previous inquiries from other distraught customers and I was told that it was a losing battle because the attorney fees and time wouldn't be worth the cost. So my family is out of $8000 and it will take us a very long time to recover from that ripoff. Also on top of that our house still has to be fixed and now even more damage has to be fixed from pressure placed on our house because of those Jack's they placed under there. Update: Crawlspace Medic came out and fixed our issues we had under our house. Our floors are level and my living room floor now has zero crown and is perfectly level once again. They fixed everything that Southeast Foundating was supposed to fix in 3 hours and charged me $580.00. This company was on time, spoke to me respectfully, explained in detail and shown me in person exactly what needed to be fixed and in the end charged me a tiny fraction of what Southeast charged my family. PLEASE PLEASE Do some research and get a second opinion before writing a check to Southeastern Foundation. Or just don't even fool with Southeast Foundation. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Crawlspace Medic from Wilmington NC. This is an honest review and I am not one to ever take time to write reviews but I feel like my family has been robbed and taken advantage of and I don't want anyone else to get duked!

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair LLC did not do what they promised. They were supposed to fix our unlevel dining room floor, but the technician said he couldn't do it. I talked to the sales guy and we agreed that I would pay for the trip and get my deposit back. But when I asked for the deposit, they said I couldn't have it back. Not happy with the service.

They didn't finish the job. The workers came a few times and kept saying the previous workers did a bad job. Austin, Dwayne, and Alex all came separately and said they would fix it, but they only made it worse. The floor is still sagging and now the tiles and grout are cracked. Dwayne, the boss, came late because of personal problems and changes in the company. We got a home inspection and they found problems. The city hasn't done the final inspection to make sure it's up to code.

I had a lot of problems with Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair. They didn't finish everything they were supposed to, and they were slow to respond when I tried to get them to fix things. I paid them in full on 03/14, but they didn't finish the job until four months later. That's not okay.

I signed a contract with them on 2/18 to encapsulate my crawl space. The contract required a 30% deposit of $2,477.40, which I paid with a check on the same day. The total cost was $8,258.00, and I was supposed to pay the balance of $5,780.60 when the job was done.

When they finished the job, I found out that they had installed a 10 mil space liner instead of the 20 mil liner that was in the contract. They also didn't install the Water Watch Alarm Remote Cut Off, and they didn't do a final inspection. I tried to get in touch with them to fix these issues, but no one took responsibility.

I had to contact them several times to get them to come back and install the 20 mil liner. I also had to tell them about a vent that wasn't working, and they fixed it, but it was obvious that they had ignored the problem before.

I paid the invoice balance in full on 03/14, but they still haven't fixed the issues. I've talked to several people in their office, but no one seems to know what's going on or how to fix things.

I'm also worried that they might have installed the wrong liner for other customers, and they don't seem to be aware of the problem.

They finally called me on 05/28 to say they were looking into the issues, but they still haven't fixed anything. They rescheduled the final inspection for 06/19, but I still haven't received the warranty information.

I don't trust Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to be an honest company that provides good customer service. Their charges are too high for the work they did, and they didn't fulfill their obligations. I've asked for an itemized statement of the charges, but I haven't received it yet.
