Avoid Yuriel Acosta Sprinkler Service

I hired Yuriel Acosta through Angi to repair a cracked pipe in one sprinkler zone. He arrived in a truck displaying a completely different company name and contractor license, which was my first red flag. After outlining the issue, he assured me he could “fix it without any problem” by bypassing the damaged pipe and running a new line underground further down the system.

What actually happened was far from professional. He had an employee cut the concrete and run the pipe only partially underground, leaving sections exposed over the edge before burying the rest. He left the trench open, the area in a mess, and promised he would return the next day to finish the job. That was August 19th. He has not returned.

Since then, he has called several times claiming he would come “tomorrow,” yet never showed up. After researching him further, it appears he is not licensed or insured, despite presenting himself as a contractor.

He was paid in full and did not complete the job, did not honor his word, and left my property in unacceptable condition.

This person is not to be trusted. He does not keep his promises, is not properly licensed, and failed to complete the work he was paid for. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.
