Contractor agreed to specific performance conditions as well as warranty of installation. Contractor, Wild Valley Landscaping, has refused to complete the job as agreed or warranty the sod that died within the warranty period. Contractor refused to inspect weekly, adjust watering timing, fertilize lawn, apply, herbicide and apply pesticide per their agreement. We have dead areas of grass and they are refusing to warranty the dead sod.
Claimed loss: $500
Desired outcome: Treat the lawn for herbicide, fertilize and pesticide as agreed. Replace dead sod as agreed.
