Hello!
We are loyal and enthusiastic customers of your glass food storage containers!
Been using them for years and tell anyone who remarks on them how sturdy and long lasting they are!
So.
Our lid for the 7” diameter round container has completely split open where the flexible plastic meets the rigid and is unusable now. We’ve even tried gluing it and it doesn’t seem to hold. The glass container is fine but the lid is completely shot.
Is there a way to buy or procure a replacement lid?
If so, where might we do that? Possibly through you or a recommended third party?
Looking forward to figuring it all out and thanks in advance for all your help!
Thanks Muchly!
Oen

That is the kind of loyal customer every company should cherish. Here is your practical path: Anchor Hocking does sell replacement lids separately under their "SnugFit" line. Search for "Anchor Hocking 7 cup round replacement lid" on Amazon or eBay and you will find genuine official lids in red, often in 2-packs, that are 30% stronger than the old ones. Also, check the Anchor Hocking website's contact page and email their customer service directly with your container's model number from the bottom, they sometimes send free replacements for long-time fans. Do not bother gluing again, that plastic hinge is a stress point and will always fail. Get the new improved ones and keep using that glass for years.
