Clean out Koehler faucets in my master bathroom by Brad the plumber

Yesterday, I contacted Amy's Home Services to clean mineral deposits out of the Koehler faucets in my master bathroom. Brad, one of their plumbers, had come on an emergency basis sometime back when I had no hot water and was very friendly and fixed the problem. excessive overcharge for job

Do not call this company unless you like being excessively overcharged . You will be very upset if you do busness w/ them. It cost me $322.00 for a 15 minute job (installing a cut-off valve under my kitchen sink.) I had no idea how long or iinvolved a job it was until I sat there and watched him - no time at all and he was finished. This seems to be the biggest complaint -I wondered if I had hired plumbers with master degree from college. I have complained with the Better Business Bureau and the response from Amy's is to refund the service call which is $79.00. They refused to tell how much they charge an hour and what they charge for the part. BEWARE!
