Amway Italy refuses to refund, lies about bank transfer dates, and holds my money!
Review:
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I made a return back in late April, and the Credit Note № 8360870 was issued on May 11, 2026, for the amount of 225.53 EUR. Today is June 3, 2026, and the money has STILL NOT arrived in my Banco BPM account.
To make matters worse, Amway Italy's support is caught in a web of lies. Today, they sent me two completely contradictory emails within just one hour:
At 12:37, an operator named Jana claimed that the transfer was successfully executed way back on May 25.
At 13:47, after I demanded the official TRN/CRO bank transaction code to prove it, another operator named Alessio admitted that they actually have NO details about the payment and are still "waiting for information" from their department.
They are deliberately fabricating payment dates just to stall and illegally withhold my money. I have already officially upgraded my legal dispute with Altroconsumo (the Italian Consumer Protection Association) and informed the European headquarters. Stay away from this company!
