Amtrak – Rude employees

my first time riding on the train I was very excited. But I got sad on how the Amtrak employees so mean to me, I ask how to get to my baggage and got attitude and yelled at. customers service sucks bad. even the men had bad attitude. they are acting all gangster with their old but. I left on Tuesday AUGUST19th went to west Memphis. The lady was mean couldn't ask where things at because he or she nasty attitude. come back home to Milwaukee on August 25 same employees with same attitude. and what make it so bad they are sitting down with an attitude and you just asking which way to go. if it wasn't from the Red C. that help me with my assistant due to my disability, I might have died, please send an undercover secret customer service person in there on the side that go to Memphis and Milwaukee you need to fire all of them. the Amtrak train ride was great and the service but y'all need to look into the service in the Amtrak station in Chicago. And I got scram in Memphis Amtrak station by employee she told me to pay extra $12 I will get home 4 hours fasters that did not happen I got home the same time before I paid the extra $12. I will Never ride the Amtrak train again. it supposed to be my Birthday vacation. my next step is to post this as a review so everybody can see how I got treated at the Amtrak stations and camera if they work do not lie.
