Amtrak – Passenger abandoned

On my amtrak return trip my departure I was informed by my attendant it would be a few hours delayed and the conductor would come help me deboard. No one came to my room nor did I hear a announcement for departure. I did hear a knock at my door. I open to find my attendant raised voice you are still here. I said I missed my stop. She left and a conductor approached ask to see my ticket. She said I am not on her list and need to travel to Texas and rebook to my original departure Arkansas. One day another day travel. I filed a complaint and have not received a reasonable resolution.
