America's Tire review: Customer service

I AM TRYING to file a complaint about how they gave our tires to another customer when we ordered them. We were given a 3 day wait, had an appt, came in on time and were told the tires had been sold to another customer the previous day and they were very sorry but the tech reordered them and thought they would have arrived in time. This was a huge inconvenience and we will now have to juggle our schedule for tomorrow, arranging rides to and from. Not to mention the shoddy customer service, no regard at ALL for the inconvenience to customer.
