I registered with Boston Health Systems LLC for Basic Life Support Instructor course which was scheduled for Tue 2/24/2026 at 9:00 AM. On getting to the location, the door was locked and I waited for almost an hour. Later I received an email that states that this course requires a minimum number of participants to proceed, your original session has been rescheduled due to low enrollment. You are now registered for the class on March 3rd, 2026. Your instructor may reach out via email with further details. On March 2nd, 2026, I received another email that states that I have been scheduled for First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Class Date: Tue 3/3/2026 at 9:00 AM. I told him that I am not interested in First Aid/CPR/AED class, the class I wanted was BLS instructor class, therefore, I need him to refund my money. He told me that he can't refund the money, instead he will give me credit to take the class in the future. I do not need the class anymore, all I want now is my refund of $350.
