American Laminates, Inc. — Wood flooring

Hi went to Lowes bought enough wood flooring to refinish my 2000 sq ft house, ask for the same die lots did not have in stock had to wait for spl order to be brought in took 14 days. called the day before it was to come in they said that 97 boxes had come in they were wait for 27 more to arrive in one more week. Talking to the flooring department asked them about same die lots they said they did not make a difference. I did not like there answer so I Called American floors. The young lady from American Laminate told me die lots don't make a difference they only have two (2) Plants one in Pennsylvania, one in Kentucky they are both set up the same, there is no way the machines will produce the same Quality due to saw blades, color dies. The installers laid the floor anyway on the advise of the manufacturer. The installers had trouble with the ends not matching, some gaps looked far apart, some were tight with no gaps, the sides not lining up well, now I have a floor that moves up and down when you walk on it not tight it the seams. We had another floor installed 5-7 years ago with same wood manufacture all the same die lots. Don't know what to due now. Any advice would be nice thank you.
