Bingham Restoration is a *** if you're okay with them not communicating and sticking it to you and your insurance company, then use them.

They don't respond to calls or emails, and it's like pulling teeth to get any information from them. It's frustrating when you're trying to get updates on the progress of your restoration project, but they just leave you hanging.

Not only that, but they also have a habit of overcharging your insurance company. They'll find any excuse to inflate the costs and make a quick buck. It's dishonest and unfair to both you and your insurance provider.

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy restoration company, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Bingham Restoration may seem like a good option at first, but their lack of communication and questionable billing practices make them a less than ideal choice.

They did an amazin job and answered all my questions. They were very personal too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the work done.

My house had water damage and they were very efficient and professional. I also had a problem with my mortgage company not paying my insurance. Bingham helped me to get it straightened out.

He dried out the affected area, making it safe for us and easy for the plumber to fix. Pete does great work and kept us updated the whole time. came in and got the job done. He and his partner, ***, were very organized and thorough in their work. They laid out plastic covers before and cleaned up so well, sanitizing the wet areas and covering all the open areas with plastic before they left. The plumbing problem turned out to be an irrigation problem and *** kept us informed through the whole process. I highly recommend this company.

Our water heater died and all the water went away. We got wood floors in a room next to the garage and we were worried that we got water damage. I called Bingham Restoration and in two hours *** came to our house to check things out! Luckily, we didn't have any damage, but I'm grateful for his fast response. We had a second story flood on the eve of graduation. We had damage to two bedrooms, the bathroom, laundry room, hallway, and the garage. Bingham Restoration's team of professionals came in and walked us through the process. They were informative, efficient, professional, and kind. I was impressed with how well organized they were when setting up equipment, containing the effected areas, and conducting daily check-ups. They managed to do all of this with minimal disruption to the family. Graduation went as planned, and thanks to Bingham, we were able to focus 100% on the matter at hand because we knew that they had everything at home handled.

This company cares! My actual restoration service contact with them was minimal because the damage was not covered by my homeowner's insurance and I didn't pursue the full remedy offered. There were a couple of discrepancies in the original invoice but after I talked with Christina these were resolved and in fact the company reduced my bill from approximately $1500 to a total of $300 as full payment! Christina and Adam said that they are in the business of making people's lives easier and better and this solution was absolutely a gift in my life! If you want to deal with good, honest, caring people, call Bingham Restoration. One caution: through this company, I was connected with a company called Arizona Packout & my experience with them took approximately six months to resolve and gave me many sleepless nights. Don't "go there"! Just stick with Bingham Restoration!

Shortly after I remodeled my home, I had a pipe burst that messed up half of my house. After I googled restoration companies and read the reviews, I decided to go with Bingham Restoration and man, am I glad I did. At first, I was nervous 'cause I didn't know what to expect. The technician came right out to the house and walked me through the whole process. I always knew what was happening next. They set up a barrier to protect the area that wasn't affected. They were careful to use materials that wouldn't mess up the walls where they put up the barrier. They always wore masks, booties, and gloves, which I appreciate 'cause of Covid 19. As soon as they were done, the construction team got in touch with me and arranged a time to come and put everything back together. They did a really good job! You can't even tell there was a flood. If I ever need this kinda service again, I'll definitely call Bingham.

They are so overpriced, my home insurance did not cover $1500 of my stuff and they sent collectors after me within 1 month of services provided. It was a Saturday and I had to have the water removed along with the soggy drywall. Bingham started working as soon as the leak occurred. Little did I know their charges are so high, home insurance doesn't cover their services. I had no choice as the insurance adjuster could not come to assess the damages and I had to live with wet drywall, trim, and vanity besides a plumber for the leak. Bingham way overcharged me, including profit and overhead in their specific quote. It was an emergency and I didn't have a choice of provider. I have told my plumber to never use them again. I am a disabled senior and sent an email to them about how much fear, anxiety, and deterioration of my health due to these circumstances have occurred. No response except collection agency. Please tell everyone not to use Bingham. Their Yelp reviews are horrible and they have only been in business for 3 years.

I had a water heater burst and water damage happened in the "room." So I was told that Bingham would be the best for us. They came and tore up the room to expose the wood and, by no fault of their own, it took several weeks for the wood to dry with fans running day and night while the wood was drying. At first, the Bingham contractor said all I needed to do was contact the insurance and he would take care of everything. During this time, a family tragedy occurred and I couldn't handle anything other than the death. After I was able to get back to my life, I started making phone calls and sending texts and emails asking why we still had this mess going on at my house. I would text, and I would get a response, but not the one I was hoping for. I was told, "I thought we were already done with your room." I sent another text to the contractor saying that I wasn't asking them to build me a house, but I needed this room to be finished. The contractor replied by saying he would be there the next day to take measurements, but he had already taken measurements several times before. So after waiting for 2 1/2 months for someone to either tell me what was happening or anything that would assure me that someone cared, no such luck. I ended up hiring someone else to come and finish the work that Bingham Restoration never started. It took him 8 hours to complete that work.

It's not often ya come across a company that knows how to treat their customers right, but when ya do, ya gotta let everyone know! My experience with Bingham Restoration has been absolutely amazing, and I would recommend 'em over and over again. Ya know, it's never a good situation when ya gotta call up a restoration company, but Bingham really made it bearable. Sadly, my family discovered some water damage in our fancy master bathroom that was leakin' down to our kitchen ceiling. Our plumber suggested we give Bingham a call, and boy, am I glad we did! Within just an hour of reachin' out to 'em, Scott and Josh showed up at our house to check out the damage. Let me tell ya, these guys were top-notch! They walked me through the whole mess and even helped me talk to my insurance company. Scott promised they'd be there for me every step of the way, and they sure didn't let me down. Less than an hour later, Trevor and Jose came to the rescue! They started the water fixin' process and explained what would happen next. Can ya believe it? That very same night, our other bathroom toilet decided to start leakin' too. The next mornin', the plumber came back and found the same problem. I reached out to Josh, and he sprang into action! Trevor and Jose showed up within the hour and got to work demolishin' and disinfectin' the area. They came by every business day to check on the progress. Let me tell ya, dealin' with home problems is super stressful. But in times like these, ya want folks who are reliable, attentive, and professional. Bingham went above and beyond my expectations. They kept me in the loop, showed up on time, and had the highest level of integrity. I can't recommend Bingham Restoration enough. Trust me, they won't let ya down!
