American Access insured Edgar Larious hit my parked car Jan 12/[protected] Silver VW Passat). They claimed someone else did not yield right of way (Ms. Diaz black car) and hit Mr. Larious and was the cause of the accident and denied my claim. There was no evidence found by the police to suggest this but they gave traffic tickets. Ms. Diaz was cleared of failure to yield. AA insists on original reason for denial, with no evidence, and will not fix my car. Even before all this happened, they did not have any evidence yet claimed hit and run and failure to yield. Police did not find any damage to other party's car, minimal scratch/dent to Mr. Larious with different paint (red) on left side (right side hit my car) was provided to police 3 weeks later, other party insurance company provided letter and photos of no damage to Ms. Diaz's car. AA Still refuse - letters to claims manager, VP, CEO unanswered. AA said other party had offered them $150 settlement but this denied by other parties lawyer. Adjuster at AA kept insisting that their denial stands based on Ms. Diaz not yielding right of way and has now stopped responding. Lots of misleading statements and lies to avoid paying - checked internet reviews on CitySearch etc and they have so many complaints - even other instances of not paying when their insured hit parked cars. Can forward at least 30 to you if you like. It is $ 4261 to fix my car.

    ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!

    I was car less for THREE Months. If I hadn’t decided to claim thru my own insurance company I probably would never see my car again. I was Rear ended by one of their policyholder and ever since then i get nothing but HEADACHE, STRESS, AND FINANCIALLY RUINED. They did not reimburse my car rental which they said they would. They are CHEAP, liars, and will do anything NOT to pay you.

    Claudia Carmona needs to get fired and the company needs to get out of business! You get hit with one of their policyholder you are SCREWED FOR GOOD!

    Sadly, I am going through the exact same thing right now after one of their drivers hit my son. The other driver did not speak English and didn't have a license on him, and because this was on private property ( in a strip center) the officer wrote up a report, but no citation was given. My son managed to drive my car home but the fender is scraping on the tire so it's not drivable, and their was significant damage done to the front of my vehicle. I called American Access as soon as my son got home with the police report info and filed a claim. I was given the name of my adjuster and told someone would be out by Tue. This happened Thurs, Sept 17, 2015. Not a word. I called Tuesday night and I had left a voicemail for Dan my adjuster and waited till Wednesday morning and did not receive a call so I called him and he started to tell me that somebody would be out Thursday, Friday or the following week and it wasn't until I started to get upset and cry ( and tell him about all the bad reviews I've read) that he said he would email the local person that should be coming out to take pictures of my car and that person actually called me back and did come out on Thursday between 3-4 as he said he would. He is through and independent company. This person told me that because of my stress and concern over the situation not getting handled, he would refer his report to Dan by the next day which was Friday. ( at this point it had been a week) I waited till Tueday afternoon to get a response back from Dan and did not I left him a voicemail The next day I called him again left him another voicemail and then I called the guy with the third-party company and he called me back and advised me he would send Dan a message that I was waiting for response about my car. In the meantime, I'm in a very stressful situation trying to get moved 60 miles across town without my vehicle. Still no word, so I had to wait until I got moved and I waited till I believe the following Friday(end of week 2) to call, and I got a hold of Dan and was basically told that they have not heard from their insured and they don't have a copy of The police report yet that somebody from his office requested on 19 September and he hasn't received it yet but he would request it again because they can't do anything until it's proven it was their drivers fault. I ended up calling the police station to get a copy of the police report and I asked if anybody from the insurance company had requested a copy and he told me no. last week I composed an email and sent it to Dan and it has now been almost one month and I still have had no response, and it takes me initiating contact with this company and still nothing gets done, even then. There is something SERIOSLY WRONG here. And, after reading complaint after complaint after complaint I truly cannot understand why this business has not been shut down years ago. All I want is to get my car fixed, that's it.

    My GOD!!! I thought I was the on;y one. Claudia is my adjuster and has never called me back!!!

    This company SUCKS. They are a bunch of rip offs and they need to be put out of business! I will be filing my complaint here in the next couple days but it’s not going to stop there. Better Business Bureau is next, and whoever oversees the insurance companies there is going to follow, etc. This company must breed liars and is a ripoff company, and this is coming from their own policy holder, but not for long!
