AMC Theatres review: Ticket sales

I took my granddaughter to see Devil loves Prada 2 this afternoon. we arrived around 3:45 because the had a n accident of O'Neal which had the traffic backedup. When I went to purchase the tickets the girl didn't ask me which feature I wanted to see. when she told me the price it $34.98, I told her I thought they were 50% off. I showed her my Premier card and she said it was $24.98, we proceeded to get popcorn and went into the theater. I didn't notice until we got to our seats that they were special when we exited I saw they had Dolby on outside of entrance. I think I should be refunded half of the cost of the tickets, because we would have been in the 3:30 movie before it started.. She didn't talk very loud so I couldn;t hear her.
