I had a service call to Always Ready on 10/19
I had a service call to Always Ready on 10/19. They told me my house had no heat and the furnace was too big. So, I decided to get a new one. I got a quote and said I would shop around. I gave a $2000 deposit paid by credit card. I made the appointment for installation, tentative. I found another company and called Always Ready on 10/21 to cancel their service. They said I would get a refund minus a restocking fee. I asked how much, but they said they would call me back to figure it out. I didn't hear anything, so I called back on 10/22. They said I would receive a refund check, minus a $100 service fee and a $50 restocking fee. I want a refund in the same form as I paid, minus the restocking fee.
