Alside Windows – Window warranty.

I retired as a contractor. In the 25 years I sold Alside products, I NEVER sold a window without Glass Breakage Warranties. I had some seals fain on my ultramax triple glaze windows, and double glaze in the sunroom. 3 windows were hit by a errant rock from a mower. The rest seal failure. These clowns denied the claim. The Serial numbers give all the information on that particular window so warranty services KNOW if the window has glass breakage. Alside, a few years ago merged with another company, so now their warrant service is abysmal. If I was still in business, I would dump them. I always stood behind my work and sold products that people could have confidence in. If they aren't taking care of someone who sold THOUSANDS of windows, how could anyone expect then to do a regular customer right.
