Alpha Enviro Tech review: Installation of sliding glass doors

On 2/24/25 my husband and I had windows and sliding glass doors installed in our home. I was very pleased with how the project turned out. They seemed to be very efficient with the work that was done. since then I've had some problems with opening and closing the doors. I have tried to reach them to come out to check on the issue. I have per my agreement a double lifetime warranty I have called several times leaving my name and number but no one has called me back. I truly trusted this company to do the work for us. But when you do not call the customer back this mean that you do not care. I am very disappointed with this company.
