Was a 16 SEER system installed as promised, or is the 14 SEER label accurate? 2. Was a permit obtained as assured, and is there any city website record? 3. Who is responsible for scheduling the final inspection post-permit? 4. Was the equipment registered for warranty purposes as stated? 5. What are the exact warranty terms? I require documentation. 6. The invoice was delayed and only issued after two requests. 7. Installation day was too cold for refrigerant pressure testing, which wasn't followed up. Calls to customer service were unhelpful, and requests to speak with a manager or sales rep were denied. Their lack of response to my concerns suggests a need for improved communication.

Rock Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. helped me out with a problem I was having with my AC. There was this weird noise that sounded like metal on metal, but it only lasted for about 2 minutes at the start of a new cycle. When *** came to check it out, the noise wasn't happening, but I'm worried about warranty coverage if it comes back. *** did a good job explaining what he was doing and what could be causing the noise. I guess we'll have to wait and see if the noise comes back.
