They were super chill and helpful, though, and gave me the lowdown on what to do with my cable company. They got the job done quick and with a smile. Highly recommend these guys!

Rock Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. helped me out with a problem I was having with my AC. There was this weird noise that sounded like metal on metal, but it only lasted for about 2 minutes at the start of a new cycle. When *** came to check it out, the noise wasn't happening, but I'm worried about warranty coverage if it comes back. *** did a good job explaining what he was doing and what could be causing the noise. I guess we'll have to wait and see if the noise comes back.

The installers, technicians, and electricians were all super skilled and used quality parts. They really care about making their customers happy, which is rare these days. Rock Plumbing, *** Conditioning (***) put in a new air conditioning thingy on March 23, 2022. Even though I called them a bunch of times, they didn't promise me anything, so I had to go to ComplaintsBoard.com to get some answers. Here are my questions: 1. Did they give me a 16 SEER system like they said they would? The Energy Label rating on the thingy is only 14 SEER, but apparently it could be 16 SEER if they put in the right Coil. 2. Did they get a permit like they said they would? I can't find any info about it on the city's website. 3. Who's supposed to schedule the final inspection after they get the permit? 4. Did they register the equipment with the manufacturer like they said they would? That's important for the warranty. 5. What does the warranty cover exactly? I need a brochure or something. 6. They didn't give me an invoice until I asked twice, and it took a whole month after they installed the thingy. 7. The weather was too cold on the day they installed it, so they couldn't test the refrigerant pressure. I thought they would take care of it, but they didn't, so I had to make another appointment and wait longer. When I called ***, the person who answered couldn't help me, and when I asked to talk to the manager or sales rep, they said they were unavailable. It seems like they don't care about my questions or concerns. They need to communicate better.
