Horrible customer service. Purchased a sweatshirt and I never received it. Tried multiple times to get ahold of them without any response. After almost two months I had to put in a chargeback. Once I finally got ahold of customer they refused to try and rectify the situation unless I called my card company and reversed the chargeback. They even refused to offer a price match to repurchase the item. Be careful purchasing from them.

Recommendation: Make sure you use a CC if you decide to purchase from them so you can file a chargeback if they ignore your customer service requests after NOT receiving the item. Or better yet maybe check out Aritzia instead.
