The (tank w/ bra & pads) out of stock at the store during sale. - John was rude, blames me for ordering it. I bought the white tank in the store and they ordered me the black one because they were out of stock. You sent me the same wrong item w/o the bra & pads 2x. Then I had to return it back 2x. Look picture. Not resolved
Claimed loss: $78 tank on sale at 30% off
Desired outcome: I wanted to resolve this at the store. Waiting for refund.Change your policy to be able to return items at the store, give me a 30% coupon if item was ordered during a sale and it was your mistake not the customers.

not resolved
sent the wrong item
you made me print the label and send it back 2x (printing and packing and going to UPS)
stayed on the phone 3x over several hours combined
over 30 emails back and forth - response is slow (over 3 months back and forth)
lost out on the sale - you will only refund me the sale price - you should refund me the entire cost so I can buy it at the regular price
also you won't give me a coupon for 30% of my next purchase - since I lost out on the sale
John is very rude and wouldn't listen, keeps talking and arguing, blaming me for ordering it and not liking it (the store placed the order)
