auto lease return
In November 2017 we returned a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado to our dealershp as we made the final lease payment and it was due to be turned in. We decided not to lease another vehicle from this dealership. This truck was garage kept for 3 years and was turned in with less than 18, 200 miles (~6k miles per year). We took photos of the truck which showed no damage but Ally's sent us an invoice for $186.03 for excessive wear and tear as they found what they call a scratch on the right front fender. We looked at the photo provided on the inspection website and it is a dashed white line for a total length of 2.25 inches. This is not a scratch; this is a rub mark. There is no broken paint and a full thickness scratch would not be dashed--it would be continuous. I was instructed by their customer service department that I had to write a letter to Ally's Executive Complaint department which I did but in the mean time I continue to receive phone calls from Ally demanding payment. It appears Ally has been treating their customers in an unprofessional manner for quite some time and I may just be another of their statistics. Hoping for a positive resolution whereby this invoice will be voided but time will tell.

A good example of the type of website that should be banned
Annoying pop-ups, windows system look alike warnings to prevent you from leaving, I ran anti-virus and anti-malware after I used task manager to get out of it. A good example of the type of website that should be banned.
