Best medical transportation. I have had a few different companies that I've had and none of them compare to the service they provide. Great communication and the drivers are very friendly and talkative.

Michael was very helpful and patient with us over a 3 day period. The hospital and home health care couldn't get together. Mike kept time available for us and we finally got to use his service to go home.

Definitely not a good one they set my ride for an hour and a half before my appointment for a 20 minute drive then because I wasn't ready in an hour the driver did not come back to get me I had to find another ride home

Wheels on wheels are very friendly and always on time. Getting to where I have to go on time is very important. The vehicles are exceptionally clean inside and out As far as I'm concerned I rate this company with a 5 star

Wheels on Wheels was on time picking me up and driving me to my scheduled appointment 15 minutes early. So I had time to relax and review a few emails.. Their driver was courteous and respectful making my ride enjoyable. I recommend Wheels on Wheels to all my family. & friends!

My driver's name was John and not only was he professional but a very good conversationalist. I arrived to my appointment on time and he waited for me in the parking lot. It was the best transportation solution that I found and I highly recommend him as a driver.

I am very impressed with this transportation company. The drivers have been so pleasant and caring. They don't rush me, even though I'm a bit slow. I feel safe with their driving. I hope they continue my service with Devoted Health. My experience with other transport companies fall far behind Wheels on Wheels.

This transportation service did not show for my 9o clock pick up, leaving me with no ride. In a wheelchair, I cannot walk. We rescheduled 3 times, I waited after being discharged from the hospital in the parking lot for 3 1/2 hrs. Finally, I called fire department and they helped me get into my daughter's car. It was after midnight.

Very good company! My car was picked up in Massachusetts and delivered to me in Arizona. It is a convertible so I requested that it be loaded on the top rack and they were able to do so the whole time. My car arrived clean and had no dirt or scratches or anything like that on it. I am very pleased with their service and their pricing is very good too.

Wheels on Wheels is an excellent way to travel. They are on time to pick you up, very pleasant, very careful with you, making sure that you are strapped in carefully and safely and I like their vans because I have a scooter and their lifts are wide so that you don't have the fear that you're not going to back up the correct way and maybe go over the side. The drivers are great. I would not hesitate to use the service again.

I have never been treated with such courtesy, respect, and exceptional customer service. This coming from the amazing the dispatcher & first class treatment from the drivers. I drove for a two transportation companies in the past and they were not concerned for the clients. They could've done a lot better. So to come across Wheels on Wheels has been nothing less than refreshing. Being homebound for so many years, I panicked a lot with another transportation company but with Wheels on Wheels, I look forward to going out even if it's only to Doctor appointments.

What a nightmare. Yesterday was the 15th of September 2022 I was promised a ride to [specific city] City housing and back at 20 minutes of 2:00 was my return trip prepaid. When it came time for me to go home I was told no driver has been assigned to me I had a 1:00 drop off paperwork only I got home at 6:00 p.m. it was 6 mi round trip if it wasn't for my original driver [driver's name] called him asked him to do her a favor he lives in [specific location] he was almost home. He turned around came back to get me. It was 6 mi round trip it took me 5 hours. I called and asked to speak to [specific person] but I wasn't allowed to. My driver was excellent excellent excellent. You people need to get on the same page with each other.
