I am a well known physician in michigan, I wished I never dealt with this troy johnson aka allure aesthetics, tru aesthetics. He has been giving me a run around for last 6 months. This guy is the best crook, con artist. Never ever buy anything from him or believe him. We are in the process with my lawyer for law suit. And to shut this guy down.
I work very hard for my money and to give it to this looser I should have known better. He delivered some of the machines after 6 months, with serial number not matching what I purchased, machines damaged. When I called he blamed it on third party. Has been giving me the run around. Don't ever buy anything from him and his company. Troy johnson is a con! Thief and a thug.
My lawyer is going after him in michigan, colorado,
California and in federal courts
I will try to shut him down
He's a crook
Do yourself a favor, don't deal with him.
He has no lasers
All what he has is lies
As of 9/15/17, our issue with Allure Aesthetics is resolved. Troy and Melissa Johnson refunded our $15k that was paid to Allure Aesthetics last May. They seem to be trying to improve their business practices.
Same thing happening in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Thought we were buying an Excel V from him. Gave $15, 000 deposit to him and after 2 months waiting for the delivery, we decided to walk away from the purchase. Now we can't get our deposit back...one excuse after another as to why he hasn't sent it to us. He always seems to be "on vacation"...delay and stall tactics like I've never seen. Readying to take legal action...if I can find him! GRRRR!
He did the same to us. We are a plastic surgery office in SF and he scammed us too. Troy Johnson walked off with our $48, 300 and no delivery of this laser. His cell phone is [protected] troy@allureaestheticsinc.com GOOD LUCK!

Troy Johnson and Allure Aesthetics Inc have addressed our issue and have promptly resolved it. We are satisfied with how they've handled it.
This is happening in Texas to a small spa concerning a laser purchase.
