Date of service: May 26 and May 27th. Money Paid: Deposit of $1,799.38 on May 11. I asked Alltrust Moving & Storage, Inc. to help me move from Colorado to Pennsylvania. But nobody showed up on May 26, 27, or 28th. They haven't tried to fix the problem or give me a refund. They said we couldn't get our deposit back because a truck was already sent. On May 28th, Customer Service tried to call me to discuss our conversation on May 27th, but I couldn't answer because I was driving home with a moving truck from Wyoming (3 hours away from home). AllTrust charged me $13,000 to move my furniture and personal belongings from California to Maryland. As of today, we paid $12,000 because they asked for partial payments or our stuff wouldn't get delivered. They picked up our stuff on 7/3, and today is 9/11, and we they haven't delivered anything. It's been more than two months, and the shipment is almost paid off, but they aren't even giving me an ETA. Actually, they said our stuff is still in California, and they say the driver got COVID, so they don't have a truck driver. I need my stuff for my family, my books and items to do my job, my children's school supplies, family memories, but it's been more than two months, and I have nothing. I need my STUFF ASAP. These are family memories. I need an ETA, or I need to know where they're keeping my items against my will. They said I would get my delivery by 7/17, that's why we paid what they asked, but they lied, and they don't even answer the phone.

My furniture got picked up from my home in ***, *** on 2/24/22. As per my contract, it gave me a window of *** business days. I've been trying to reach them through calls and voicemails, but they never get back to me. Sometimes they send a text saying they're busy and will call back, but they never do. They can't even tell me when my stuff will be delivered. They won't even tell me where they're keeping my items in ***. When I do manage to talk to someone, they keep changing the date when the *** business days start. They later said it would take 30 business days. I want to go back to *** to get my things or have them sent to me ASAP. I already paid almost $5,000, but they still want me to pay the remaining balance of $5500. I last spoke to them on the phone on 3/28/2022 and 3/30/22, and they said I would receive an email on 4/4/2022 with a delivery ETA. But I still don't have an ETA. I'm paying rent for a home with no furniture. I really want this problem fixed right away and to be compensated properly. I had to buy new clothes to keep up with my job, and I have two daughters with autism who don't have their favorite things. Once again, I'm asking for this matter to be resolved immediately.

This company charged me wrong when I gave them the size of my pod 16 x 8 x 8. My things were broken the manager was rude The sales rep *** knew the size of my pod made a quote based on cubic feet I was told everything would fit I checked with him three times on the phone and through text. He asked for a list of inventory and I told him I couldn't remember exactly what was in the pod but I could estimate because I also had things in storage for a long time. I paid more deposit instead of the amount they told me because my sister would help and they said it was OK for a card payment when they picked up in California since I was in Nevada. When the movers arrived everything changed and they added extra cost. Then they said they were only going by inventory. I tried talking to the sales rep and the manager and tried declining service and they would keep my deposit and charge me another $900. I felt taken advantage of and couldn't do anything because I was in another state. They said if I didn't pay they would keep my stuff. My stuff was finally delivered on the 10th day it was broken and damaged and some things were missing. Also, how they put things back in the pod was damaged and stocked incorrectly but I was charged for labor. I called many times and left three messages for a different manager or supervisor to call me but I haven't received anything. This company is not professional, loyal, or caring about customers. I am very upset not only because I feel taken advantage of and charged wrong but also because the professionalism was dissatisfying. They wanted cash and I paid through Zell and then when unloading I gave them a certified money order even though I was told I could use my debit card but that was also wrong information. I am very upset. I made the deposit of $977 on September 1, they picked up my items on September 4 and charged me $1000 and then I made another payment of $770 when they delivered.
