10/14/26 I made an error in payment. I called the same day, no help. Waited until the 16th, called again, was told 7 business days. Didn't happen. Called again, was told another 24hrs. Didn't happen. Called again, was given a ref#. Today is 11/2/26. Called today was told another 10 days. Called the corporate office, (not corporate ofc) was told leave my number and somebody would call me within 48hrs. Not holding my breath. This is totally unacceptable. Your company expects my payment on time, but you have different rules for returning funds.

Desired outcome: I would like the $480.52 dollars that is not yours returned to my card.
