Allstate dba Square Trade review: Home Depot GE washer warranty

Bought Washer from Home Depot in 2024 with a five-year warranty. On 8/04/26 I filed a claim (claim no. [protected]) they sent two different technicians. on 8/11 the first technician was here but he could not fix it sent wrong part. On 8/19 second technician there could not fix. on 8/19 they said could not be fixed! on 8/22 they issued a check $898.29. Deposited the check on 8/24 and bought a new washer (not from Home Depot) On 8/26 received the follow e-mail;

On 9/01 bank called and the check was sent back to the bank, and the money was removed from my account. call Square Trade to find out what the error was. After talking with two different people, Supervisor, a Senior Supervisor (who hung up on me when a requested a manger) with still no answers about the check. It took them almost a month (with over two weeks without a washer) and still have not been Paid for the broken washer under warranty!
