Allstate Construction Roofing, Inc. was a big help when we had a tough time with our roof claim and lawsuit after Irma. It took a bit of time, but we're real glad we got our new roof that looks real nice. We gotta give a shoutout to Jeff B for guiding us through the whole thing.

Courteous, Knowledgable staff. They took care of dealing with my insurance company and it went extremely smooth. Workers got the roofing job done professionally and in no time at all. Quality work at a reasonable price. This is one company I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank-you!

Very diligent in processing and follow up. I was refused by my insurance twice and Chanel Sorenson would not give up and I got a new roof.

I was really happy with AllState Construction Roofing, Inc. Jesse was our rep and he was great in every way, and really fought for us with our insurance company. Once the claim was okayed our roof was done super fast. I thought the prices were fair and I would totally recommend this company and especially Jesse.

Re Hurricane Irma roof damage: Allstate guided us thru the difficult process of negotiating with our insurance company, keeping us informed at every step. We ended up with a very acceptable settlement. The company then replaced our roof in a timely and professional manner. No problems. Would highly recommend them to others.

Great customer service, and great workmanship. Would recommend to anyone! Colton J kept me up to date through every step of the way. Fighting with the insurance company, and dealing with lawyers is not easy. However Allstate overcame that and helped us get a brand new roof. Very hard working and attentive representative I dealt with, and business he represented.

I work with Jess C., he's a real smart and helpful guy. He took some real nice pics of my messed up roof while I was fighting with my insurance company for a whole year. Finally, they gave me a real good payout. Allstate fixed up all the wood damage and put on a real nice Owens Corning roof that I know will last. The crew worked real hard and got the job done on time. I definitely recommend Allstate.

Everything started out fine. But as time went on, they turned me into a victim. I was lied to by both the sales rep and a company owner. They completely disregarded a verbal contract change and even failed to write the change on the paper contract. If I hadn't caught it, the company would have saved $3,100.00 in expenses that the insurance company already paid for. I recommend being cautious when dealing with this company.

Allstate Construction Roofing, Inc. did a great job reroofing our tile roof. They helped us every step of the way. They set expectations and got the permit, supplies, and did the work 2 months earlier than expected. The staff was fast, helpful, and polite in every interaction. They even put the HOA application together for the Architectural Review Board without any delay. They took care of our driveway and made sure to remove all debris and nails. If you're thinking about fixing or replacing your tile roof, give Amanda, Lance, or Colton a call for a home estimate. They only work in SWFL and they're really good at what they do.

Over all instillation of the roofing materials was done well. I would say the install crew is top notch. However, The tear off crew had to remove some siding on 3 gables and had no clue what they were doing. Broke one piece and their supervisor had the gull to lie to my face saying it was and old break. Have Pics dummy. On a second and third gable, one was not zipped back together and now is flopping in the wind. The other gable is decent. That is the one where while removing the shingles and the decking that needed to be replaced the guy stepped through the ceiling. If someone could explain to me why this company was real quick about fixing the ceiling but could just about have cared a less in replacing our siding? That they broke! Just a renter here. The owner settled for a box of siding that doesn't match the rest of our house and we have to install it. What a deal? I will never remove this review after the guy lied to my face!

From start to finish ALL levels of service were very professional. We never had difficulty reaching the company if we had any questions. Most importantly, Allstate Construction was advising us each step of the way. The waiting time for everything to get done seemed to pass quickly since we were always given updates. The skill or workmanship for each person was excellent. As we closely monitored, you could see everyone knew their job. Well done, thank you.

Great value! Honest and helpful crew. From start to finish they were quick, efficient and the results were stunning. I never knew how much of a difference I would see in getting a new roof. They handled the insurance part of it and I just sat back awaiting updates throughout the process. I was worried about hiring just anyone but working with Allstate construction roofing they reassured me there was nothing to be worried about that we were in good hands. Hurricane Irma severely damaged the roof on our home in Fort Myers. We received the name of Allstate Construction and Roofing, Inc from a neighbor. Colton J. and Lance M. responded very quickly to our call. Working with our insurance company was very difficult. The insurance company denied our claim at least twice. However, Colton and Lance and their very capable staff in the office did not give up. They worked directly with our insurance company and eventually received approval. Due to all the roofs being replaced it did take some time to get the tile but the installation went well. We did have one little problem and the guys took care of it immediately. We are very pleased with the workmanship, the quality of the material and the finished product. We enjoyed working with Colton and Lance and their expertise was essential in getting the job completed.
