NC roofing was very professional. The job was done very well and on time

Had a new roof and gutters installed in August by NC Roofing. The roof is leaking and flooding my finished basement, water has damaged the drywall and the carpet. I have called, texted regarding above problems, been asked to take pictures of damaged roof and sent them to Geoffrey (NC Roofing front man), been promised someone will call or stop by to assess the damage but no one has shown up. Contacted another roofing company to assess the problem. They told me some shingles were not properly installed, some of the installed shingles were damaged when installed, the shingles "overhang" was too short, gutters are angled the wrong way and not directing rainwater towards the downspouts and basically acting as a container and holding water..

Quick work, good clean up. Pleasant workers. Completed work as requested.

Very pleased with them! I needed my roof replaced but wasn't sure how in these tough economic times, but NC Roofing came through pointing out loose shingles caused by wind and hail damage. Michael was in the neighborhood checking roofs when he asked if he could check out my roof. I said if he could get the last of the leaves I couldn't reach. He did! After finding wind and hail damage, Michael worked with my insurance adjuster to get it an estimate. I said yes. I said yes because he promised he would be in time always (he was) and not to make a mess. I spent quarantine at home and did a number in my yard with landscaping myself and didn't want it destroyed (they left NO mess). I like to do business with honest, dependable people. NC Roofing is just that. I refer friends when I'm happy (and I have).

When my roof suffered storm damage. Mike Brown at NC Roofing came out quickly and walked me through their whole process to ensure everything was paid for by the insurance company. It was a smooth process and the quality of the roof replacement work was efficient and excellent. I appreciated their attention to protecting my landscape shrubbery throughout the process. There was also damage to the interior ceiling paint; NC Roofing repaired this, as well. That part of the process was not as satisfactory, taking five come back visits to complete adequately. However, Mike made sure it all was completed. I would recommend them to anybody who needs roof work done.
