They arrived when they said they would, did their job and left. No, and I mean no, downtime. Good job. So far, no leaks and we just had a storm - rain, wind, hail.

Old roof off, new roof on in one day. It was like a well orchestrated ballet - every worker knew their job and there was no wasted motion. Also, not one scrap of material (including roofing nails) left behind. The Arrow rep handled all the coordination between our insurance company and HOA seamlessly.

The best, professional, fast, and fantastic job. I had some damage to my house in ***. *** came out, and it seemed like no time, it was done. Well, 7 years later, a microburst ripped my roof off my new house in ***. I called *** and ***, and they did it again. Thanks, guys, great job.

Middleton did a grate job from the start. Communication and helping me navigate threw my difficult insurance claim as well as getting the job done in a very timely manner impressed me. I found Arrow Roofing Inc, its workers, and its representative and contact person John Smith to be very professional and competent at their craft. Everything went smoothly, on schedule, and the finished product was excellent. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the roofing job was done.

I was really happy with Arrow Roofing's complete replacement of our roof. They finished the job in just one day and we were totally satisfied. Their clean-up was top-notch. We had a small chimney leak 45 days later, but they came back within two days of us telling them and fixed it right away. They were very professional and made sure everything was taken care of. I've recommended them to three friends in Prescott and they all said they were really happy with Arrow. If I have any problems in the future, they'll be the first ones I call. ***.

We just had our roof replaced on 03/22 by Arrow Roofing, Prescott Valley. It's so nice to deal with a company that actually does what they say. The communication with Charlie and Middleton was great, no ifs or maybes. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. They tore off and reshingled the roof in just one day. The crew's craftsmanship was fantastic. They paid great attention to detail. Even with a windy day, their clean up was perfect. We live in Chino Valley, AZ and our roof had a lot of hail damage. The very well-coordinated team of guys from Arrow Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof AND they got the job done in one day! PLUS they cleaned up so thoroughly afterward that it's like they were never here... except for our new roof of course! We definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

From my initial contact with the company’s owner to the actual installation of the roof, I was highly impressed with this company’s level of professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I found the roof installers to be a no-nonsense, hard working, and efficient team. Thumbs up to this wonderful, local company.

This company did an exceptional job. I had friends getting a new roof at the same time from a different company and I will say I am so glad I picked Arrow Roofing. They were always on time, they did the work in a very timely manner, and the cleanup was perfect. My new roof looks amazing. There is NOT one thing they could have done better. Arrow Roofing is a preferred vendor for the property management company I work for. When it came time to reroof my home in Prescott, I went straight to them! The price was great, and the customer service was amazing! They even worked directly with our solar company to coordinate the removal of our system so we could get the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the roofing team, and especially Charlie for making this so easy!

On Dec. 8, 2021, Arrow Roofing did my roof again because of hail damage. A few days later, I found out that the crew had put shingles over my dryer vent. I called Arrow and they said they would fix it. On Dec. 18, a guy brought shingles and a vent cap and said someone would come to do the job. But until today (Dec. 28), nothing has happened. I've called Arrow many times, but nothing has changed. Meanwhile, my dryer is still not vented, which is dangerous for fires and health in my house. I would really appreciate any help you can give me.

After a hail storm on 7/11, I called Arrow Roofing to check my roof shingles for damage. A guy named *** inspected my shingles and said they were damaged. He told me to call my home insurance company, AAA, and let them know that Arrow would be doing the roofing repair. A few months later, after Arrow and AAA agreed on the details of replacing my roof, I signed a contract with Arrow. I paid around $21,502.87 for the job. It wasn't until Feb/2022 that they finally replaced the shingles, and it only took them less than 12 working hours to finish. The next day, I went up on the roof to check it out and noticed that the new shingles were of much lower quality than the old ones. I called Arrow to complain, and a guy named *** came to check things out. At first, *** insisted that the shingles Arrow used were the best quality and just as good as the old ones. Luckily, Arrow didn't clean up all the old shingles, so I showed *** a piece of one of my old shingles and compared it to a piece of the new shingle they installed. After 17 years, the old shingle was still thick, heavy, and durable compared to the thin, flimsy shingle Arrow put on. In reality, my old shingle was a 3-layer, 50-year shingle treated against frost and freeze. Arrow installed their cheapest 2-layer, 30-year shingle as a so-called "Like in Kind" replacement, which the insurance company requires. Arrow no longer denies that they installed an inferior shingle, but now they just say it wasn't their fault and blame AAA's early "Estimate" for the problem. They have never formally offered any compensation. I think Arrow was incompetent when they checked my roof. *** (from Arrow) admitted that he never measured my shingle to see what was there. The people at AAA said they focus more on workmanship than product specifications. They suggested that I get a lawyer.
